摘要:
Process for improving the dispersibility and the filterability of scleroglucan powders, in which a surfactant is incorporated in the coagulated polymer. The powder obtained according to the process has a dispersibility and a filterability after drying of the coagulum which are greatly superior to those of a powder treated after drying with the same quantity of surfactant or of a powder in solution treated with this same quantity of surfactant.
摘要:
The present invention is directed to a process for improving the dispersibility and the filterability of scleroglucan powders, in which a surfactant is incorporated in the coagulated polymer. The powder obtained according to the process has a dispersibility and a filterability after drying of the coagulum which are greatly superior to those of a powder treated after drying with the same quantity of surfactant or of a powder in solution treated with this same quantity of surfactant. The present invention is also directed to methods for preventing the sudden rush of well water into the strata of petroleum fields, to methods for modifying the injection profile, and to methods for improved hydrocarbon recovery from petroleum fields.
摘要:
Process for the preparation of tert-dodecyl mercaptan by reaction of hydrogen sulfide with tri(n-butene) in the presence of a catalyst. tert-Dodecyl mercaptan thus prepared and its use as chain-transfer agent in radical (co)polymerization reactions.
摘要:
The present invention relates to core-shell polymers having a hydrophilic copolymer shell, and a high level of core material of from 75 to 95 weight percent. The hydrophilic shell provides better coverage of the core resulting in better powder properties such as anti-blocking. The hydrophilic shell also allows for a thinner shell and a larger elastomeric core. Core-shell polymers of the invention are especially useful as impact modifiers for plastic materials.
摘要:
Processes for making a core and core-shell copolymers are provided herein. Processes for making crosslinked elastomeric core particles includes emulsion polymerizing, in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator, a polymerization mixture containing at least one ethylenic elastomeric monomer, at least one crosslinking agent, and at least one sulfur-containing additive of the formula I below, where R and Z are defined herein. The core-shell copolymers formed are useful for example as additives in polymer matrices such as for modifying impact strength and improving optical properties.
摘要:
A radical polymerization process for the in which a tert-dodecyl mercaptan prepared by reaction of hydrogen sulfide with tri(n-butene) in the presence of a catalyst as chain-transfer agent.
摘要:
The invention relates to a process allowing the preparation of a (dialkylphosphono)alkyl (meth)acrylate, corresponding to the formula: by reaction of an alkyl (meth)acrylate A of formula: with a dialkylphosphonated alcohol B of formula: in the presence of a catalyst comprising zirconium acetylacetonate.
摘要:
The invention relates to an impact modified thermoplastic resin comprising a polymeric impact modifier with a core-shell structure comprising 2-octylacrylate.
摘要:
The invention relates to a polymer of core-shell structure containing a core having at least one elastomeric polymer, with a glass transition temperature of less than 25° C., and a shell having at least one polymer, with a glass transition temperature of greater than 25° C., where at least one of the polymers includes (meth)acrylic acid ester monomers containing organic carbon derived from biomass. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing the core-shell polymers and to their use as impact additives, and to a composition containing them.
