    摘要: There are provided new pigments of the "bismethinic" type having the formula ##STR1## where A is benzene, 2,5-dimethoxy-benzene, 2,5-dichlorobenzene, naphthalene, diphenyl or anthracene, and B is azobenzene, azotoluene, 2-methoxy-5-benzanilide, 2-methoxy-3',4'-chloroazobenzene, 2-hydroxy-5-methyl-benzene, 2-methoxy-5-benzoylamino-benzene, 2-methoxy-5-ureido-benzene, 2-chloro-5-carboxybenzene, 2,4-dichloro-benzene, 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloro-benzene, benzothiazole, 1-(3-chlorophenyl)-pyrazole, 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-pyrazole, indazole, 2,4-dimethoxy-benzene, 4-dimethylamino-benzene, benzimidazolone, 2-methoxy-5-acetylamino-benzene or 2-methoxy-benzene.

    摘要: The present invention concerns a new class of pigments derived from cumarin and, more particularly, of bis-iminocumarinic and bis-cumarinic pigments having the following formula I described hereinlater. The present invention also includes novel processes for making the cumarinic pigments of the invention. Also, the invention relates to the use of the novel pigments of the invention for the preparation of paints, storing enamels, inks and pastes for the printing of fabrics. Also, included in this invention is the dyeing of plastic materials with the novel cumarinic pigments.

    摘要: A catalyst is described for hydrogenation of unsaturated hydrocarbons, containing catalytically active amounts of Pd and optionally Ag in a support. The catalyst is characterized by the fact that the support represents a shaped body with a trilobal cross section, the lobes being provided with continuous openings. The catalysts can be produced according to a method, in which the support is impregnated with a solution of salts of Pd and optionally Ag. These salts are reduced by means of a reducing agent, whereupon the support so impregnated is washed, dried and calcined and, if reduction is not complete, the still present oxides of Pd and Ag are reduced to the corresponding metals in a hydrogen-containing atmosphere.
