    摘要: A display device according to an embodiment includes a first power module that receives AC power from an external power supply, a second power module that receives the AC power through the first power module, and a load circuit that outputs a specified signal when a user input is received. A configuration of the display device with the three power modules reduces an inrush current when the display device is turned on. Also, a configuration of the display device with the three power modules reduces a standby power consumption when the display device is not turned on.

The electronic apparatus includes: a plurality of LED arrays disposed in parallel, a first sensing inductor connected to a first LED array of the plurality of LED arrays in series, a first auxiliary inductor disposed adjacent to the first sensing inductor, a second sensing inductor connected to a second LED array of the plurality of LED arrays in series, a second auxiliary inductor disposed adjacent to the second sensing inductor, a variable resistance connected to the plurality of LED arrays and configured to adjust an amount of a current flowing to the plurality of LED arrays according to a resistance value, and an LED driver configured to, based on at least one of a first induced voltage generated on the first auxiliary inductor or a second induced voltage generated in the second auxiliary inductor being a threshold voltage or more, identify that an error occurs in at least one of the first LED array or the second LED array, and adjust the resistance value of the variable resistance based on the identified result.

    摘要: An image sensor includes a separation impurity layer in a semiconductor layer and defining a photoelectric conversion region and a readout circuit region, a photoelectric conversion layer in the semiconductor layer of the photoelectric conversion region and surrounded by the separation impurity layer, a floating diffusion region spaced apart from the photoelectric conversion layer and in the semiconductor layer of the photoelectric conversion region, a transfer gate electrode between the photoelectric conversion layer and the floating diffusion region, and impurity regions in the semiconductor layer of the readout circuit region. When the photoelectric conversion layer is integrated with photo-charges, the separation impurity layer has a first potential level around the photoelectric conversion layer and a second potential level on a portion between the photoelectric conversion layer and the impurity regions of the readout circuit region. The second potential level is greater than the first potential level.

The memory stores instructions that are configured to, when executed, enable the at least one processor to display first stroke data of a first stroke trajectory, based on an input of a first touch-move after a first touch-down on the display, perform shape recognition on the first stroke trajectory, based on a size of the first stroke trajectory and a distance between a stroke start point of the first stroke trajectory and another point on the first stroke trajectory, convert the first stroke data into second stroke data corresponding to a recognized shape form, based on the shape recognition, and display the second stroke data on the display. Various other embodiments may be possible.
