    Abstract: A laminated body includes a barrier layer made of metal, a base material layer made of a heat-resistant resin laminated on an outer side surface of the barrier layer, and a sealant layer made of a heat sealable resin laminated to an inner side surface of the barrier layer. The base material layer includes a polyester film layer as an outer layer and a polyamide film layer as an inner layer. The polyester film layer is 500 MPa to 600 MPa in a sum of breaking strength in an MD and breaking strength in a TD, 0.8 to 1.1 in a ratio of the breaking strength in the TD to the breaking strength in the MD, and 110% to 200% in breaking elongation in the MD and breaking elongation in the TD. The MD denotes a machine flow direction, and the TD denotes a direction perpendicular to the MD.

    Abstract: Provided is a molding packaging material capable of sealing without causing sealing failure, significantly reducing cleaning frequency of a seal bar to improve productivity, and preventing occurrence of delamination. The molding packaging material includes a PBT terephthalate (PBT) layer 2, a heat fusible resin layer 3, and a metal foil layer 4 between the two layers. The PBT layer 2 and the metal foil layer 4 are bonded via an outer adhesive layer 5. The outer adhesive layer 5 is formed of a urethane adhesive cured film composed of a polyester polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and polyhydric alcohol. The polyester polyol contains a dicarboxylic acid component, the dicarboxylic acid component includes an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The dicarboxylic acid component contains an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The content rate of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the dicarboxylic acid component is 40 mol % to 80 mol %. The Young's modulus of the cured film of the urethane adhesive is 70 MPa to 400 MPa. The PBT layer has tensile strength of 100 MPa to 300 MPa.

    Abstract: A battery packaging material 1 of this invention has a stretched heat-resistant resin film layer as an outer layer 2 which is laminated and integrated on one surface of an aluminum foil layer 4 through a first adhesive layer 5; and a non-stretched thermoplastic resin film layer which is laminated and integrated as an inner layer 3 on the other surface of the aluminum foil layer 4 through a second adhesive layer 6, in which the second adhesive layer 6 is an adhesive layer which is formed by a dry lamination method and whose melting point is 60° C. to 100° C., the adhesion strength of the inner layer 3 and the aluminum foil layer 4 is 3.0 N/15 mm width or more at 80° C., and the adhesion strength is 2.0 N/15 mm width or less at 120° C. The battery packaging material has good productivity, can suppress cost, and can secure sufficient seal properties, in which when the temperature of a battery case constituted by the packaging material excessively rises, degassing is performed, so that the burst of the packaging material due to the internal pressure rise can be prevented.

    Abstract: An outer packaging material for a battery includes a heat resistant stretched resin film layer as an outer layer integrally laminated on one of surfaces of an aluminum foil layer via a first adhesive layer. A thermoplastic unstretched resin film layer as an inner layer is integrally laminated on the other surface of the aluminum foil layer via a second adhesive layer. An adhesive strength between the inner layer and the aluminum foil layer is 4 N/15 mm-width to 30 N/15 mm-width, and an adhesive strength between the outer layer and the aluminum foil layer is 2 N/15 mm-width to 14 N/15 mm-width. As a thermoplastic unstretched resin film constituting the inner layer, a thermoplastic unstretched resin film having a sealing strength of two sheets of the thermoplastic unstretched resin films arranged one on the other and heat sealed exceeding 30 N/15 mm-width but not exceeding 110 N/15 mm-width is used.
