摘要: Provided is a detection method employing a detection instrument having a plurality of wells at a surface thereof, the method including depositing a detection object, preferably in coexistence with a specific holding substance, onto the inner walls of the wells of the detection instrument; bringing a reaction solution into contact with the inner walls of the wells of the detection instrument on which the detection object has been deposited, the reaction solution containing a substance reactive with the detection object; and detecting a signal generated through this contact, to thereby evaluate the detection object. In this method, a liquid phase reaction can be efficiently performed in the detection instrument for carrying out a biological reaction (e.g., a microarray) so that samples contained in the wells are not mixed with one another, and that air bubbles are prevented from being generated in the wells.

摘要: There are provided a) a detection board having numerous wells on a surface thereof, b) a detection set including the detection board and an element serving as well sealing means, and c) a method of using the detection set b), which includes injecting, into each of the wells of the detection board, an element for detecting a liquid phase reaction, sealing the element into the well with the well sealing means, and detecting the liquid phase reaction in the well. Thus, there is provided means for efficiently performing a liquid phase reaction on the board in a manner similar to that of an existing microarray technique.

摘要: A multitask execution system executes a plurality of tasks in parallel. The multitask execution system includes an encryption processor configured to generate a key stream unique to each task, by using key data, a task ID for identifying each task, and an output value, the number of the key data being smaller than the number of the plurality of tasks, the output value being output from a monotonic incremental counter when each task is generated, a value of the monotonic incremental counter configured to continue to be increased without being decreased, and to encrypt data stored in a protected area in a memory space for each task by using the generated key stream.

摘要: The invention provides a data distribution system and method which can control distribution of data in a network configuration wherein the number of servers used in an initial stage of data distribution is comparatively small but is increased in accordance with a situation so that clients can access impartially. The data distribution system includes a distribution server, a plurality of reception servers, and a plurality of clients. The distribution server includes a distribution control section including an order determination section for calculating an evaluation value between each of the reception servers and the clients based on a predetermined evaluation expression and determining an order of the reception servers to which data are to be transmitted in accordance with the evaluation values. The order determination section executes an ideal solution calculation step, a permutation set production step and a selection order determination step to select the reception servers so as to be accessed impartially from the clients even if a reception server to be used for reception of data is increased.
