摘要： A method of forming a pattern includes: preparing a target substrate including a photoresist layer on a base substrate; aligning a phase shift mask to the target substrate, the phase shift mask including a mask substrate comparted into a first region including a first sub region and second sub regions at sides of the first sub region, and second regions at sides of the first region, the phase shift mask including a phase shift layer on the mask substrate corresponding to the first region; fully exposing the photoresist layer at the first sub region and the second regions by utilizing the phase shift mask; and removing the photoresist layer at the first sub region and the second regions to form first and second photoresist patterns corresponding to the second sub regions. Transmittance of the phase shift layer is selected to fully expose the photoresist layer in the first sub region.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a display device, the method including: forming, on a first surface of a substrate, a gate line and a gate electrode; forming a first dielectric layer on the gate line and the gate electrode; forming a data line, a source electrode and a drain electrode on the first dielectric layer; forming a black matrix layer on the first dielectric layer, the data line, the source electrode, and the drain electrode; radiating ultraviolet light on a second surface of the substrate opposing the first surface, the ultraviolet light developing exposed parts of the black matrix layer to form a black matrix pattern; and etching the first dielectric layer using the black matrix pattern as an etching mask to respectively form a first dielectric pattern on the gate line and a gate dielectric pattern on the gate electrode.

The anti-reflective layer is arranged between the first substrate and the gate line. The anti-reflective layer includes an organic layer and an inorganic layer, and the organic layer includes a light absorber configured to absorb light. The inorganic layer overlaps with the organic layer and has a refractive index smaller than that of the gate line.

摘要： A display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, and a controllable layer disposed between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a pixel. The pixel includes a display region and a non-display region. The first substrate further includes: a transistor disposed in the non-display region; a protection layer disposed on and covering the transistor; a first electrode disposed on the protection layer; and a second electrode disposed on the first electrode, the second electrode being insulated from the first electrode and including a slit disposed in the display region. One of the first electrode and the second electrode is electrically connected to the transistor via a contact hole extending through the protection layer. The other of the first electrode and the second electrode is configured to receive a common voltage. The contact hole and the slit do not overlap one another.
