    Abstract: This application relates to a battery pack including a battery cell, a circuit board configured to collect state information about the battery cell, and a connection line configured to transmit the state information about the battery cell to the circuit board and including a link line and a board connection pad. The link line extends from a side of the battery cell toward the circuit board, and the board connection pad extends from a first end portion, to which the link line is connected, and is coupled to the circuit board while facing the circuit board. The board connection pad includes outer soldering portions formed in an outer region of the board connection pad and concave toward the outside of the board connection pad and a gas discharge hole formed in a closed loop shape in an inner region of the board connection pad.

    Abstract: A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells; a plurality of frames each between two adjacent battery cells among the battery cells in a direction, the frames coupled to and facing each other; and a wiring substrate mounted on the frames and configured to collect status information of the battery cells from the battery cells, and each of the frames includes a latching protrusion and a tensioner which protrude therefrom and press against an upper surface and a lower surface of the wiring substrate, respectively. The battery pack has an improved structure in which the position of the wiring substrate for obtaining and collecting status information of the plurality of battery cells may be stably fixed.

    Abstract: A battery pack includes a series of battery cells, a series of bus bars electrically connecting the series of battery cells, and a terminal member. The terminal member includes a first metal layer extending from an internal connection position connected to at least one of the series of bus bars to an external connection position for supplying output power of the battery pack. The terminal member also includes a second metal layer covering the first metal layer at the external connection position. The second metal layer includes a second metal different from a first metal of the first metal layer. Therefore, the battery pack has an improved structure for stable and low-resistance connection.

    Abstract: A battery pack includes battery cells arranged in a first direction, a wiring board collecting state information about the battery cells, and a sensing portion including an input port through which the state information about the battery cells is input, an output port coupled to the wiring board and through which the state information about the battery cells is output, and a connection portion between the input and output ports. The connection portion extends in a curved shape with portions spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction. Damage or dielectric breakdown of a conductive line transmitting signals relating to the state information about the battery cells may be prevented, and accumulation of stress in the conductive line or an insulating film may be prevented, because the conductive line or the insulating film is flexibly deformed in response to swelling of the battery cells.
