    摘要: A method for producing a release film which is used for the manufacture of adhesive labels, double-sided tapes, etc., is disclosed. The release film provides improved adhesion between a substrate and a release layer, and excellent peel strength between the release layer and an adherent. The method includes the steps of : obtaining a silicone aqueous emulsion release liquid by dispersing a silicone aqueous release agent including a dispersion of a vinyl-modified colloidal silica, a dispersion of a platinum chelate catalyst and a polysiloxane water-dispersible silicone emulsion, in water, so as to achieve a solid content of the release liquid of 2.5˜30% by weight; and applying and drying the obtained release liquid on a substrate to form a release layer.

    摘要: A release agent and a release liquid which are used for the manufacture of labels, double-sided tapes, etc., are disclosed. The release agent and the release liquid provide improved adhesion between a substrate and a release layer, and excellent peel strength betwveen the release layer and an adherent. The release agent includes a dispersion of a vinyl-modified colloidal silica, a dispersion of a platinum chelate catalyst, and a polysiloxane water-dispersible silicone emulsion. The release liquid is obtained by dispersing the release agent in water so as to have a solid content of 2.5˜30% by weight. The release film is produced by applying the release liquid on a substrate, followed by drying.

    摘要: Provided are a method for preparing a transparent conductive layer and a transparent conductive layer prepared by the method. The method for preparing a transparent conductive layer includes: 1) forming a cellulose derivative film by coating a transparent substrate with a cellulose derivative coating liquid; 2) hydrolyzing the cellulose derivatives by treating the cellulose derivative film using an alkaline agent; 3) forming a metal film by coating the hydrolyzed cellulose derivative film with an organic metal ink and reducing metals on the cellulose derivative; and 4) forming a conductive metal layer by heat-treating the cellulose derivative film with the metal film formed, and a transparent conductive layer prepared by the method. According to the present invention, a process can be simplified, and also a transparent conductive layer having excellent conductivity, transmittance, bending resistance, and low haze can be prepared.
