    摘要: A film for optical applications comprising (A) a hard coat layer which comprises a resin cured by an ionizing radiation, (B) a high refractivity layer which comprises a resin cured by an ionizing radiation and at least two metal oxides comprising tin oxide doped with antimony and has a refractive index in a range of 1.65 to 1.80 and (C) a low refractivity layer which comprises a siloxane-based polymer and has a refractive index in a range of 1.37 to 1.47, layers (A) to (D) each having a specific thickness and being successively laminated at least on one face of a substrate film. The film exhibits an excellent property for preventing reflection of light and excellent scratch resistance and can be produced at a low cost.

    摘要: A very fine anti-glare hard coat film which comprises a base film and a hard coat layer disposed on the base film and has a haze of 3% or greater, wherein the hard coat layer comprises (A) a resin cured by an ionizing radiation and, per 100 parts by weight of the resin, 2 to 25 parts by weight of (B) silica particles having an average diameter of 0.5 to 5 &mgr;m and 10 to 200 parts by weight of (C) fine particles having an average diameter of 1 to 60 nm. The very fine anti-glare hard coat film provides excellent visibility when the film is used for various types of displays since the film provides an excellent anti-glare property to the displays such as very fine liquid crystal displays without deterioration in the quality of displayed images.

    摘要: An infrared shielding film comprising a transparent substrate film having, on one face thereof, at least an infrared shielding layer comprising a cured product of a coating layer which comprises (A) an ionizing radiation curing resin and (B) an infrared shielding agent comprising lanthanum in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the ionizing radiation curing resin. The infrared shielding film maintains excellent transmission of visible light, effectively suppresses transmission of the sunlight and exhibits excellent scratch resistance, light resistance, durability and antifouling property.

    摘要: A film for optical applications which effectively prevents reflection of light on the surface of image display devices such as PDP, CRT and LCD, exhibits excellent scratch resistance and transmission of light, provides excellent adhesion between layers and can be produced at a low cost is disclosed. The film comprises (A) a high refractivity hard coat layer (the refractive index: 1.60 to 1.75, the thickness: 2 to 20 μm) comprising (a) an antimony-doped tin oxide having a needle shape (the average particle diameter along the major axis: 0.05 to 10 μm, the average aspect ratio: 3 to 100), (b) at least one other metal oxide and (c) a material cured with an ionizing radiation and (B) a low refractivity layer (the refractive index: 1.30 to 1.45, the thickness: 40 to 200 nm), which are successively laminated at least on one face of a substrate film.

    摘要: The present invention provides a glare-proofing and light-transmitting hard coat film, which comprises a cured resin layer (A) of a curable composition containing an active energy ray curable compound and a microparticle dispersed therein and a cured resin layer (B) of a curable composition containing an active energy ray curable compound and a microparticle dispersed therein, and the layer (A) and the layer (B) being laminated in order on at least one surface of a light-transmitting substrate film, wherein a center line average roughness (Ra(B)) of a surface of the layer (B) after the layer (B) is laminated, is smaller by 1 μm or more than a center line average roughness (Ra(A)) of a surface of the layer (A) before the layer (B) is laminated, and a haze value (Hz(B)) of a film after the layer (B) is laminated, is smaller by 1.5% or more than a haze value (Hz(A)) of a film after only the layer (A) is laminated and before the layer (B) is laminated. The glare-proofing and light-transmitting hard coat film of the present invention can have a satisfactory level of a glare-proofing property and display a black color on an image more intensely.
