    摘要: The object is to stably support pillars forming a retainer of the roller type one-way clutch. An outer race (11) has one end thereof closed by a flange (16) and the other end closed by a lid (22). A predetermined number of pocket bottom surfaces (17) are continuously formed on the radially inner surface of the outer race (11). A pocket (24) is defined by pillars (23) inserted on both circumferential sides of each pocket bottom surface (17). The pillars (23) have their base portions integrally joined to the lid (22), thereby forming a retainer (12). The pillars (23) have protrusions (32) at their distal ends which are fixed to holes (19) formed in the flange (16) by e.g. fusing, thereby fixing the retainer (12) to the outer race (11).

    摘要: The object is to produce a magnetic encoder having a large outer diameter at a low cost, provide a sensor case which is compact in size and can be easily mounted and dismounted with a sensor element received therein, and to provide a double row rolling bearing with a preload application device and a rotational speed sensor which comprises a small number of parts and thus can be assembled easily. A magnetic member 12 of the magnetic encoder 11 is made of a magnetic material bound by rubber. The magnetic member 12 is bonded to an annular presser member 8, which also serves as a metal core, by an adhesive 13, thus eliminating the need for a mold and other facilities for vulcanization bonding. This makes it possible to manufacture a magnetic encoder 11 with a large outer diameter at a low cost.

    摘要: An annular sensor holder (5) has an axial end (15) including a protrusion (18). The axial end (15) is fitted in a circumferential groove (7), such as a seal groove, of a bearing race (2) fitted to a stationary member (9) so that the sensor holder (5) can slide in the circumferential direction relative to the bearing race (2). In this state, the sensor holder (5) is coupled to the stationary member (9) by means of a fixing arrangement (19). Thus, when the bearing race (2) creeps, the sensor holder (5) slides relative to the bearing race (2) and does not rotate relative to the stationary member (9). This prevents breakage of connecting wires.

    摘要: Disclosed is a bearing assembly with a sensor, in which a sensor holder that is formed of a synthetic resin and is the annular member having ends is supported on an outer race using a circumferential groove of the outer race of a rolling bearing, and the sensor holder is adapted to be strongly fixed in position by a spring member having circumferential half-split elastic recovery portions. Because spring forces by which the sensor holder is strongly fixed in position as described above can be increased, the sensor holder can be more strongly fixed in position. A spring member (15) is a formed-wire spring formed of a square sectional wire, which includes a main portion (16) fitted in an annular groove (14) of a sensor holder (7), and opposite end portions (17) that circumferentially protrude from the annular groove (14) and are located inside an open recess (18) of the sensor holder (7). The opposite end portions (17) of the spring member (15) overlap in an axial direction when the main portion (16) is fitted in the annular groove (14), and are portions that abut and are deflected when one of the end portions (17) is shifted to remove the overlapping. The forces (F) caused by elastic recovery of the deflected end portions (17) increase the force of the main portion (16) pushing the sensor holder (7) in a radially outward direction. As a result, the spring forces by which the sensor holder (7) is strongly fixed in position are increased.

    摘要: A bearing assembly with a sensor, includes an annular, synthetic resin sensor holder supported on an outer race using a circumferential groove of the outer race so as to be strongly fixed in position by a spring member having circumferential half-split elastic recovery portions. The spring member is a square sectional wire and includes a main portion fitted in an annular groove of the sensor holder, and opposite end portions that circumferentially protrude from the annular groove and are located inside an open recess of the sensor holder. The opposite end portions of the spring member overlap axially when fitted in the annular groove, and abut and are deflected when one of the end portions is shifted to remove the overlapping. Forces caused by elastic recovery of the deflected end portions increase the force of the main portion pushing the sensor holder in a radially outward direction.

    摘要: A compact rolling bearing with a rotation sensor is proposed which has a shortened axial length of a housing for mounting the rotation sensor. The rolling bearing comprises a rotating bearing ring and a fixed bearing ring, and the rotation sensor comprises a rotating element mounted to the rotating bearing ring and a detecting element mounted on the fixed bearing ring so as to oppose the rotating element, and an electric circuit board. The electric circuit board has a flexibility. With this arrangement, it is possible to mount the electric circuit board in a curved state in a limited space on a peripheral wall of the sensor housing, and thus to shorten the axial length of the sensor housing. This provides a compact rolling bearing with the rotation sensor. Another embodiment has a magnetic encoder, the binder for which is heat-resistant nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber or silicone rubber.
