    摘要: In an axial fan having a plurality of blades (2, 2, . . . ) around an outer periphery of a hub (1), a cross-sectional configuration of each of the blades (2) at an arbitrary distance from a center of the fan is set such that a blade thickness gradually increases moving away from a blade leading edge (2a) and then gradually decreases towards a blade trailing edge (2b). Also, if a length of a camber line extending from the blade leading edge (2a) to a position where the blade thickness becomes maximum is taken to be L, and a length of a camber line extending from the blade leading edge (2a) to the blade trailing edge (2b) at the arbitrary distance is taken to be L.sub.0, then L/L.sub.0 falls within a range of 0.27 to 0.35. Thus, the aerodynamic performance never lowers even if the inflow angle of air into the blade (2) varies.

    摘要: A tensioner assembly includes a pulley arm pivotable about a pivot shaft, and a tension pulley mounted on the pulley arm at its end remote from the pivot shaft and pressed against a belt to keep the tension of the belt. The tension pulley is rotatably mounted around a base portion of the pulley arm through a rolling bearing with the inner surface and axial rear end surface of the bearing inner race in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the base portion and an end surface of a shoulder of the base portion, respectively. The base portion has an axial through hole formed with an internal thread on its inner surface. A support bolt is threaded into the through hole from the axial front end to press the rolling bearing against the end surface of the shoulder. The internal thread has an axial front end located in the vicinity of, or axially rearwardly of, the end surface of the shoulder.

    摘要: A coding and decoding apparatus is constructed so that the coding side transmits coded data together with identifying information for identifying the device of decoding the coded data, and the decoding side is capable of storing a number of decoding schemes so as to perform decoding based on one of the previously stored schemes. The apparatus further has devices for storing the received tools and tool-correspondent information which numerically represents the capacities of the tools so that it can make a comparison between the decoding capacity and the processing capacities of the tools to determine the possibility of the operations of the received tools. Further, a set of the tools are hierarchized so that the coded data produced by the n-ranked tool can be decoded by the (n+1)-ranked tool. Alternatively, the tools are defined in a hierarchical manner so that the decoding tools installed in the decoding apparatus will be able to assure the minimum quality and the requested decoding process can be performed by the received decoding tool. Further, the identification code of the decoding scheme used can be transmitted as required so that the decoding scheme can be expanded by transmitting the differential information from the basic decoding scheme.
