摘要： A tired roller is provided with a prime mover and a speed change unit of the HST type. The speed change unit includes an HST hydraulic pump of the variable displacement type driven by the prime mover and an HST hydraulic motor driven by pressure oil from the hydraulic pump, and can change a rotational speed of the hydraulic motor by varying a delivery rate of pressure oil from the hydraulic pump. Rotation of the hydraulic motor is therefore transmitted at a lower speed to a drive-axle tire train. A propeller shaft is connected to the hydraulic motor without interposition of any speed reduction mechanism, so that the propeller shaft is rotated at a high speed with a low torque. This has made it possible to form the propeller shaft smaller in diameter and hence to arrange it in a narrow space between tires in the drive-axle tire train. Further, the rotation of the hydraulic motor is reduced in speed at an output side of the propeller shaft, thereby making it possible to transmit the rotation in a state increased in rotating torque to the drive-axle tire train.

摘要： A crawler carrier capable of smoothly operating a driving force source even at a slant. The driving force source is arranged between a dump body and a cab and laid in a lateral direction and at the same time the driving force source and a heat exchanger are arranged in series in a lateral direction. With such an arrangement as above, the driving force source can be arranged at an upper structure frame under a state in which it becomes substantially horizontal without interfering with the dump body. Even when the crawler carrier performs work at a slant the engine can always be lubricated with lubricant oil and the driving force source can be operated smoothly.

摘要： This method for forming a measuring diaphragm which measures the volume of a passing gas with high accuracy and has a prolonged service life because the diaphragm moves completely in the same way to both sides of the measuring vessel in which it is fixed. The measuring diaphragm when produced in quantity has an undulating structure of high uniformity and variation in quality of the diaphragm is small. The method of preparation of the measuring diaphragm includes providing each of a pair of molds with a flat part at the center and providing a multiplicity of grooves and ribs at the periphery parallel to an edge of the central part; placing the grooves and ribs in such a way that the grooves of one mold fit the ribs of the other mold, such that the depth of a groove on a mold is larger than the height of a rib on the other mold which fits the groove; pressing an elastomer composite sheet material between the molds, such that one side of the pressed elastomer composite sheet material is pressed to the surface of the ribs of the mold and fixed there with tension and the other side of the elastomer composite sheet material is out in contact with the surface of the grooves of the mold; and then heating the elastomer composite sheet material to crosslink the elastomers composite sheet and to form a desired shape.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a honeycomb structure includes molding a ceramic raw material to manufacture honeycomb molded bodies. The honeycomb molded bodies are fired to manufacture honeycomb fired bodies. End faces of at least two of the honeycomb fired bodies are joined interposing a joining material between the end faces to manufacture honeycomb joined bodies each having a length larger than a length of each honeycomb fired body. Side faces of the honeycomb joined bodies are bonded interposing an adhesive paste between the side faces to manufacture an aggregated body of the honeycomb joined bodies. The adhesive paste is dried and solidified to manufacture a honeycomb block including the aggregated body. The honeycomb block is separated at the joining material into at least two honeycomb blocks.
