    摘要: A tire includes at least one structural element including a crosslinked elastomeric material obtained by crosslinking a crosslinkable elastomeric composition including: (a) an amount higher than or equal to 30 phr, preferably 40 phr to 100 phr, of at least one polyisoprene rubber; (b) an amount lower than or equal to 70 phr, preferably 0 phr to 60 phr, of at least one diene elastomeric polymer other than the polyisoprene rubber (a); (c) an amount higher than or equal to 30 phr, preferably 40 phr to 120 phr, of at least one carbon black reinforcing filler; (d) 0.2 phr to 10 phr, preferably 1 phr to 5 phr, of at least one copolymer of at least one ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof with at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing at least one polyoxyalkylene side chain. Preferably, the structural element is a tire's sidewall.

    摘要: A thermoplastic elastomeric material having: (a) 10% by weight to 100% by weight, preferably 20% by weight to 80% by weight, of at least one styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, (b) 0% by weight to 90% by weight, preferably 20% by weight to 80% by weight, of at least one thermoplastic α-olefin homopolymer or copolymer different from (a), the amount of (a)+(b) being 100; (c) 2 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight, preferably 5 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight, of a vulcanized rubber in a subdivided form; (d) 0.01 part by weight to 10 parts by weight, preferably 0.05 part by weight to 5 parts by weight, of at least one coupling agent containing at least one ethylenic unsaturation, the amounts of (c) and (d) being expressed with respect to 100 parts by weight of (a)+(b). The thermoplastic elastomeric material shows improved mechanical properties, in particular, stress at break and elongation at break. Moreover, the thermoplastic elastomeric material shows improved abrasion resistance.

    摘要: Optical fiber has a glass portion and at least one coating of crosslinked polymer material surrounding the glass portion, the coating being obtained by crosslinking a composition of (a) at least one radically crosslinkable oligomer containing at least two reactive functional groups and having a number average molecular weight lower than about 1,000, preferably between about 400 and about 900; (b) at least one cationically crosslinkable compound containing at least one reactive functional group; (c) at least one free radical photoinitiator; and (d) at least one cationic photoinitiator. Preferably, the coating is a secondary coating or, in the case of a ribbon of optical fibers, it is a common polymer coating known as a “common coating”.
