Abstract: The invention provides a liquid crystal display device, a liquid crystal display module and a liquid crystal cell thereof. The liquid crystal cell includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and a mixture of a quantum dot material and a liquid crystal material disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The quantum dot material includes a red quantum dot material and a green quantum dot material. A mass ratio of a total mixing amount of the two quantum dot materials occupied in a total mass of the mixture is 0.05˜5 wt %. As to the liquid crystal cell, the introduction of the QD material promotes the directional arrangement of liquid crystal molecules and thus plays a role of alignment; in another aspect, the liquid crystal cell being used in conjunction with a backlight source of blue or white LED can enhance the color gamut.

Abstract: A display panel includes: a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer located between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes red sub-pixels, green sub-pixels, and blue sub-pixels arranged in an array, with the red sub-pixels filled with red quantum dots, the green sub-pixels with green quantum dots, and the blue sub-pixels with transparent scattering particles. The blue backlight module is located on a side of the second substrate away from the liquid crystal layer and provides blue backlight for the display panel. A display device is further disclosed. The blue backlight is configured to excite the red quantum dots to scatter red light and the green quantum dots to scatter green light, and configured to be re-scattered by the transparent scattering particles to increase, together with the red light and the green light, the display brightness of the display panel at large viewing angles.

Abstract: The present application discloses a pixel structure and method for the fabrication thereof including: providing a substrate; forming a black photoresist layer having a receiving cavity and an isolation region on the substrate; coating a polyelectrolyte solution on the surface of the black photoresist layer except the isolation region, and air-dried to form a polyelectrolyte layer; coating a metal nanoparticle solution on the surface of the polyelectrolyte layer, and air-dried to form a metal particle layer; and align and transferring a micro light emitting diodes to the black photoresist layer. In the above-described manner, the present disclosure can improve the light utilization efficiency of the micro light emitting diode.

Abstract: Disclosed are a substrate including a quantum rod film, a method for manufacturing the substrate including the quantum rod film, and a display panel. Quantum rod assemblies included in the quantum rod film are arranged sequentially on the substrate, and meanwhile lights of different wavelengths can be obtained by adjusting sizes of the quantum rod assemblies. The quantum rod film disclosed corresponds to a combination of a polarizing layer and a color filter layer in the prior art. Thus, a thickness of the display panel can be reduced, and meanwhile production costs can be reduced. Besides, since quantum rods have high light conversion efficiency, a light utilization rate can be improved to enable the display panel to have a high color gamut and a high luminance.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a wire grid polarizer is provided, including: setting pattern data, where the pattern data correspond to a wire grid structure of the wire grid polarizer; preparing a metal ion solution; immersing at least one surface of a carrier substrate in the metal ion solution; and emitting, by an emitter device, an electron beam to the carrier substrate, and controlling a movement of the electron beam according to the pattern data to deposit a metal on the carrier substrate at a position where the electron beam passes, to form the wire grid structure.
