摘要: An antenna is provided as a substrate member, and, as with the antenna, a ground part is provided as a substrate member. The ground part includes a folded pattern formed of a copper foil provided on the surface of a substrate material. When a folded pattern in the antenna and the folded pattern in the ground part are configured in a length of λ/4, a pseudo-antenna having a length of λ/2 can be formed. In this case, the antenna gain is about 2 dB, that is, the radiation of the radio wave can be improved. At the same time, the antinoise properties and the arrival distance of the radio wave can be improved. That is, the above construction can realize radio equipment which can stably radiate radio waves even under ungroundable conditions and, at the same time, can realize good characteristics even under low transmission output conditions.

摘要: To provide a power supply apparatus that replaces a dry battery by detecting electric field energy in a free space, rectifying the energy, extracting the energy as electric power, and accumulating the electric power. In particular, there is provided a power supply apparatus that is useful for a portable electronic equipment. An electromagnetic energy conversion unit collects a radio wave propagating in the air and converts collected electromagnetic energy into electric power. A rectifying unit generates electric power having a DC waveform by rectifying electric power having an AC waveform and charges the rectified electric power having the DC waveform into a secondary battery. An electric load is supplied with the rectified electric power having the DC waveform or with electric power having a DC waveform discharged from the secondary battery.

摘要: An ion implanting apparatus is provided, which can accurately measure a quantity of atoms that are implanted. The ion implanting apparatus according to the present invention has an object to be measured, and the object to be measured is arranged in an irradiating range in which ions are irradiated. When atoms are implanted into an object to be processed by irradiating ions of a processing gas and neutralized particles thereof, the object to be measured is heated through the irradiation with the processing gas ions and the neutralized particles. A control unit determines a quantity of the atoms that are implanted into the object to be processed from the temperature of the object to be measured.

摘要: Areas at outer edge sides of a draw-out area for wires (13) out of a rear end surface (10R) of a housing (10) serve as operation surfaces (14) used to push the housing (10) forward. Areas of the outer periphery of a rear end portion of the housing (10) corresponding to and before the operation surfaces (14) are recessed to form outward forming grooves (15). The housing (10) is formed with bores (18) by further recessing parts of groove bottom surfaces (17) of the outward facing grooves (15). Inward facing projections (26) engageable with the outward facing grooves (15) are formed on the inner surface of a wire cover (20). Each locking projection (26) is formed with restricting projections (27) engageable with the bores (18).
