    摘要: A medical image filing system having a first recording device for recording a plurality of image data from a medical image pickup device; a second recording device for recording the plurality of image data from the medical image pickup device, the second recording device has a recording speed slower and a recording capacity greater than that of the first recording device; and at least one image reproducing device for reading and reproducing designated image data from the plurality of image data recorded in the first and second recording devices. The at least one image reproducing device has a third recording device for recording the designated image data, wherein the designated image data recorded in the third recording device can also be reproduced by the at least one reproducing device. The at least one reproducing device further has apparatus or software to designate the image data recorded in the second recording device and designate either of the first or third recording devices to copy the designated image data from the second recording device to the designated first or third recording devices. A computer readable program code means for reproducing the plurality of image data in the medical image filing system is also provided.

Accordingly, the use condition, the cleaning condition and the like of each endoscope used in an endoscopic examination can be confirmed so that the endoscopic examination can be performed smoothly.

A graphic identification unit identifies a graphic area defined by a graphic represented by graphic data contained in the medical information, based on the acquired medical information data. A comment area identification unit identifies a comment area located in a predetermined position relative to the identified graphic area. A comment data identification unit identifies comment data inputted in handwriting to the comment area, among the acquired medical information data. A storage unit stores the acquired medical information data and the identified comment data in a manner that associates the acquired medical information data with the identified comment data.

    摘要: This invention provides an endoscope image data filing system comprising: a plurality of endoscope devices and a plurality of ultrasonic endoscope devices; an image data recording device which records a plurality of image information after reversibly and irreversibly compressing image signals received from the plurality of the endoscope devices and from the plurality of the ultrasonic endoscope devices; an image reproducing device (A) and an image reproducing device (B) for reproducing the image information recorded in the image data recording device; a large capacity data recording device which as required reads and writes the compressed image information recorded in the image data recording device; and a data communication device for performing communication between the image data recording device and an external host computer via a data input/output terminal device. In use of the endoscope image data filing system of the present invention, operators can manages the endoscope image data in various modes for a middle or long period. Thus, based on the patient history recorded in the endoscope image data filing system of the present invention, operators can make easily diagnosis on the patient.

    摘要: A hospital information system according to the present invention lets an RF reader 12 comprised by a PDA 8 read tag information, once for all, recorded by RF tags either attached to, or embedded in, plural kinds of a plurality of patient wrist bands, injection medicine bottles, patient charts, medical instrument cases, et cetera, and transmits a query to a server 5 by way of a wireless LAN 9, server 7 and LAN 3 for confirmation from the server 5. The server 5 collates it with the content of a medical practice order recorded in its data base, and registers a completion of instructed operation for an instructed item in the database, as well as responds back with notifying “correct” if the transmitted readout data from the PDA 8 is correct. If the readout data is not correct, the PDA will be notified of “incorrect” with an instruction for reading again.

    摘要: Arranged within a measuring-light generating unit of an endoscope apparatus for three dimensional measurement, according to the invention, are measuring means, a lamp for outgoing a normal illuminating light, and a laser for outgoing a measuring light. Connected to the measuring means is a signal line which is connected to a CCD. Further, an illuminating light outgone from the lamp is condensed by a condenser lens, and is incident upon an incident end surface of a light guide. Furthermore, the measuring light outgone from the laser is condensed by the condensing lens, and is incident upon the incident end surface of the image guide. Moreover, the incident end of the image guide is connected to scanning means formed by a piezo-electric element, a speaker (voice coil) or the like through a connecting element. The scanning means is operated whereby the incident end of the image guide is reciprocally moved in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the measuring light. The measuring light is a light having extension or spreading. However, a flux of light of the measuring light is extremely thin, and a spot light having minimum resolution that is a single glass fiber forming the image guide is projected onto the subject.
