摘要: The present invention provides a G1 transgenic bird or an offspring thereof by: incubating a fertilized avian egg, microinjecting, into the early embryo thereof at a stage except for and after the blastodermic stage just after egg laying, a replication-deficient retroviral vector coding for a useful protein, allowing the egg to hatch out to thereby obtain a G0 transgenic chimeric bird, and mating the G0 transgenic chimeric bird with another G0 transgenic chimeric bird or an offspring thereof or with a wild-type bird. The present invention is a G1 transgenic bird or an offspring thereof by: incubating a fertilized avian egg, microinjecting, into the early embryo thereof at a stage except for and after the blastodermic stage just after egg laying, a replication-deficient retroviral vector coding for a useful protein, allowing the egg to hatch out to thereby obtain a G0 transgenic chimeric bird, and mating the G0 transgenic chimeric bird with another G0 transgenic chimeric bird or an offspring thereof or with a wild-type bird.

摘要: A solid state imaging device includes: a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions formed in a substrate in a matrix arrangement to convert light incident on light receiving portions into electricity; a plurality of vertical transfer registers for reading charges out of the photoelectric conversion portions and transferring the charges in the column direction; and a plurality of shunt interconnections formed above the vertical transfer electrodes in one-to-one correspondence with the columns of the photoelectric conversion portions to supply drive pulses to the corresponding vertical transfer electrodes. Each of the vertical transfer registers includes a vertical transfer channel formed in the substrate in one-to-one correspondence with a column of the photoelectric conversion portions and a plurality of vertical transfer electrodes formed above the vertical transfer channel. Each of the shunt interconnections is configured to surround the light receiving portions and having windows that expose the light receiving portions.

摘要: A comparator circuit can achieve a reduction in current consumption with a simple configuration, and can suppress an increase in current consumption accompanying a rise in power source voltage. A current mirror circuit is connected to a power source, and gates of MOSFETs of the circuit are interconnected. An input signal is applied to a gate of an NMOSFET of the circuit. By determining the value of the signal with a constant voltage device, the voltage across a tail resistor is constant, even in the event that the power source voltage and the input signal change.
