A matte laminate film comprising a transparent resin film substrate and a matte layer formed on at least one surface of the transparent resin film substrate, in which the transparent resin film substrate is a laminate film comprising a layer (A) formed of a polycarbonate resin and a layer (B) formed of a methacrylic resin which is laminated on at least one surface of the layer (A). The matte laminate film is preferably used as a decorative film having good resistance to whitening and high mechanical properties and surface hardness.

The present invention provides a plasma display front panel comprising a laminate of a transparent substrate and a synthetic fiber mesh plated with a metal thereon, and offering an adequate shielding against electromagnetic waves from a plasma display. The invention employs a transparent substrate formed from a resinous composition comprising a copolymer of a monomer having an unsaturated double bond and a phosphorus-containing compound, and a copper-containing compound so as to provide a plasma display front panel featuring an excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and an ability of absorbing near-infrared rays.

The invention provides a liquid crystal display protection plate capable of suppressing deterioration of the visibility of an image in the case where a screen of a liquid crystal display is seen through a polarizing filter such as polarizing sunglasses. The liquid crystal display protection plate having an in-plane retardation value of 85 to 300 nm is constituted by a scratching-resistant resin plate in which a cured coating film is disposed on at least one face of a resin substrate. A laminate plate in which a methacrylic resin layer is laminated on at least one face of a polycarbonate resin layer is preferably used as the resin substrate.

A multilayer film for use in a simultaneous injection molding-lamination method comprising a layer (A) formed of a polycarbonate resin and a layer (B) formed of a composition of 85 to 100 parts by weight of a methacrylic resin and 0 to 15 parts by weight of acrylic rubber particles, which is laminated on at least one surface of the layer (A). The multilayer film is preferably used as a decorative film having high resistance to whitening and high surface hardness.
