摘要: A hot-air circulation furnace for heating a heating-target to a predetermined temperature by circulating hot air in the furnace, which is capable of performing continuous treatment while the size is small, or forming a heating zone and a soaking zone while using hot air at a fixed temperature. In the interior of the furnace which is divided into an outer peripheral region (6) and an inner region (7) by an annular partition (8) and paths (9) and (10) in the vicinities of a floor and a roof respectively, hot air supplied from a heat source (5) is blown out from an axial-flow fan (11) toward a hearth (2) in the inner region (7) to form a circulating flow passing through an annular heating-target mount (23) on the rotating hearth (2) installed in the outer peripheral region (6). The heating-targets are taken out one by one after increasing the temperature of the heating-target on the mount (23) to be a predetermined point during one rotation of the hearth (2). Further, a partition (12) whose outlet-side opening θ2 is narrower than the inlet-side opening θ1 is provided inside the annular partition (8) to supply part of high-temperature gas blown out from the axial-flow fan (11) to the heating-target mount (23) while increasing the velocity of the gas.

摘要: A photosensitive material processing apparatus feeds an elongated film, which is wound on a spool shaft, out from an entrance/exit opening of a film accommodating container, and carries out developing processing of the film. The photosensitive material processing apparatus includes a loading section in which the film accommodating container which accommodates the film is loaded; a feeder which feeds the film out from the film accommodating container loaded in the loading section, in a state in which one longitudinal direction end of the film is anchored to the spool shaft of the film accommodating container; and a processing tank which is sheath-shaped and whose length is longer than a length of a portion of the film which portion is to be processed and which portion has been fed out to an exterior of the film accommodating container, the processing tank having at only one longitudinal direction end portion a film entrance/exit opening through which the film enters and exits. Accordingly, there is no need for devices to separate the film from the spool shaft of the film accommodating container and to join the film and the spool shaft.

摘要: A can end double-seaming machine has a housing in which a shaft is rotatably supported. The shaft with a seaming cam lever mounted is pressed downwardly by a presser against the bias of a spring until the lower surface of the seaming cam lever is held against the upper surface of the housing. Then, an annular spacer is fitted over the lower end portion of the shaft underneath, with the tubular support held against a neck of the shaft. A seaming roll lever is then mounted on the lower end portion of the shaft. The presser is deactivated to release the shaft, which is lifted together with the seaming cam lever, the annular spacer, and the seaming roll lever under the bias of the spring until the marginal portion of the annular spacer abuts against the lower surface of the housing. The tubular support enters the housing by a distance corresponding to a predetermined clearance. The seaming cam lever and the housing are now spaced from each other by the predetermined clearance.

摘要: In an apparatus for manufacturing a spring unit, a pair of movable bodies are slidably mounted on a guide rail which is extended on a frame structure. A pair of rollers are provided on the respective movable bodies and a grip mechanism is arranged on the frame. The ends of a single wire are held between the pairs of rollers and the intermediate portion of the wire is gripped by a grip mechanism so that the single wire is stretched between the movable bodies. A swing arm is axially and swingably supported on each of the movable bodies and a forming roller is pivotably fixed to the respective swing arms. A guide is arranged between the forming rollers and the rollers and a pitch rod is arranged between the guide and the forming roller. When the swing arm is swung, the forming roller is abutted against the end of the wire and when the pair of movable bodies approach each other, the wire is extracted from the holding rollers and is abutted against the forming roller, thereby spirally forming the end of the wire with the forming roller.

摘要: This invention relates to a vacuum vapor-deposition apparatus for forming vapor-deposited films on a base film, thereby to produce vapor-deposited films, and also to a method of producing vapor-deposited films. In the vacuum vapor-deposition apparatus, the synchronizing means equalizes the circumference velocity v1 of the coating roll and the circumference velocity v2 of the takeup guide roll. Hence, v1=v2. Therefore, the takeup guide roll never rubs the vapor-deposited layer provided on the surface of the film. This eliminates the possibility that the vapor-deposited layer has scratches. The vapor-deposited layer can therefore possess desired properties.
