    摘要: In an electronic apparatus having a heat-generating element therein, a cooling jacket 100 for transmitting heat generated from the heat-generating element 200 into to a liquid coolant flowing therein, comprises: a cover 130 building up a heat transfer surface to be in contact with a surface of the heat-generating element; a passage 110 for the liquid coolant, which is formed neighboring with the heat transfer surface and wound round in a “S”-like manner within an inside of a main body 120 of the cooling jacket; and an inlet 111 and an outlet 112 attached at both ends of the flow passage of the liquid coolant, and further a dispersion member 150 is disposed in the flow passage, being built up by gathering a plural number of members, each of which has a “U”-like cross-section of an aspect ratio from 10 to 20, thereby diffusing the liquid coolant therein, so as to transfer the heat from the heat-generating element thereto with high efficiency, and thereby enabling to cool down the heat-generating element, fully, even with a relatively small amount or volume of the liquid coolant.

    摘要: In a cooling system of liquid type, dissolving a problem upon starting when applying a centrifugal pump therein, and being freely applicable into various kinds of electronic apparatuses, easily, for cooling a CPU in need of cooling thereof, which is mounted within a housing 100, the system comprises: a cooling jacket 50, a radiator 60 and a circulation pump, wherein the circulation pump is built up with a centrifugal pump, in which a rotor 730 having a plural number of blades formed in a centrifugal manner, a pump chamber 741 receiving the rotor in an inside thereof, and a field coil 712 of an electric motor for driving the rotor rotationally are formed into one body, and the pump chamber is disposed to located below the electric motor, thereby achieving the structure so that a liquid coolant fills up the pump chamber when stopping, in spite of the disposition of the circulation pump, thereby dissolving the problem of idling when starting.

Further, a cooling fan 64 or 66 for cooling the radiator 60 compulsively may be disposed therein, and in that case; it is also possible to maintain a position for setting up a motor 65 or 67 for rotationally driving the fan, including therein.

    摘要: A power conversion device includes: a cooling base 5 in which a flow passage 51 through which a cooling medium flows is formed and an opening portion 50 which is communicated with the flow passage 51 is formed; a power module 1; and a flow passage control portion 16b. The power module 1 has a bottomed cylindrical portion 13a in which a power semiconductor element is housed and which is inserted into the flow passage 51 through the opening portion 50, a flange portion 13b which is formed on an opening of the cylindrical portion 13a and is fixed to the cooling base 5 so as to close the opening portion 50, and a group of radiator fins 144 which are mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 13a with a gap of a predetermined distance formed between the flange portion 13b and the group of radiator fins 144. The flow passage control portion 16b is arranged in a gap formed between the flange portion 13b and the group of radiator fins 144, and introduces the cooling medium into the group of radiator fins 144 while preventing the cooling medium from flowing into gaps 51c.
