摘要: A liquid crystal display device comprises: a liquid crystal module including liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of liquid crystal picture elements arranged in a matrix form, and driving circuits for applying driving signals to signal electrodes and to scanning electrodes of the liquid crystal display panel, respectively; a control circuit for controlling operations of the liquid crystal module; and a means for inverting polarity of a voltage to be applied to a liquid crystal layer by generating a control signal M' having a period m.tau. which signal inverts the polarity of the voltage to be applied to the liquid crystal layer whenever a clock signal having a period .tau. is counted a predetermined number m/2. However, if a period of a frame frequency is n.tau. and an arbitrary integer is L,(1) m is set to be 2n/(2L-1), or(2) m is set to be n/L and the control signal M' is inverted per said frame period n.tau., or(3) m is set to satisfy L-1/2

摘要: Between a liquid crystal module and a control circuit for controlling said liquid crystal module, there are provided that a counter circuit for counting down a timing signal given by said control circuit and an exclusive-OR circuit whose inputs are square wave pulses delivered from said counter circuit and square wave pulses given by said control circuit with a period of twice the frame period. The polarity of voltages applied to liquid crystal module is reversed by square wave pulses delivered from the exclusive-OR circuit with frequency higher than the frame frequency.

摘要: A container stock management technique in a hospital and a culture center is provided. A stock management device (1) manages both transfer (outgoing transfer) of cells sampled at the hospital to the culture center, and transfer (incoming transfer) of the cells cultured from the sampled cells at the culture center, to that hospital, with one working code. The ID of containers used individually for the outgoing transfer and the incoming transfer are made to correspond to an identical working code. The optimum transfer route including the procurement of containers is determined by examining the container stock in each of the hospital and the culture center.

摘要: A solution design method and system for designing solution specification and estimating a period and a price speedily on the basis of customer needs, the budget of solution, the target period of implementation of solution, etc. The customer budget or period is used as a constraint so that a gap between solution specification as the customer's request and solution specification in consideration of the constraint is clarified so that tasks and resources taking charge of each other are clarified to satisfy the quality required by the customer. Individual resource conditions are set in consideration of priority of each solution task. The settings themselves can be changed arbitrarily in accordance with the customer needs. The definition of resource ranks in each customer can be executed again on the prerequisite of the customer's request or the like. While the prerequisite is clarified, design of solution specification and estimation can be performed simultaneously without assignment of resources.

摘要: A method and apparatus for metal-organics chemical vapor deposition (MO CVD) of a metal layer upon a spherical substrate at atmospheric pressure are disclosed. The method includes pretreating the spherical substrate with a vapor of a first precursor in preparation for a deposition of a metal layer. The pretreated spherical substrate is then exposed to a thermally dissociated precursor of metal for depositing the metal layer onto the spherical substrate, wherein the exposure to the thermally dissociated precursor of metal provides a uniformly deposited metal layer coverage over the pretreated spherical substrate. The deposited metal layer is then annealed and cooled.

摘要: In a physical distribution model of the circulation type, synchronization is established between a reuse plan and a delivery/fabrication plan to thereby reasonably reduce the excess and deficiency of inventory articles at a confluence point of regenerated reusable articles and newly delivered component parts. With regard to newly delivered lower-level items, predict a variation or fluctuation of stock quantity based on at least a delivery schedule of them and a present stock amount along with usage plans in manufacturing processes. As for lower-level items of regenerated articles, predict a delivery due date and an expected number of such regenerated lower-level items based on at least a stock quantity of recovered items collected for reuse purposes and a lead time for taking regenerated lower-level items out of the collected items, thereby controlling, based on the both prediction results, the stock quantity of the lower-level items in manufacturing processes.
