摘要： A viscoelastic foam is produced by reacting (a) an isocyanate component that includes at least 25% by weight of diphenylmethane diisocyanate having a monomeric content of from 50 to 90% by weight, (b) an isocyanate-reactive component, (c) at least one catalyst, (d) at least one surface active agent, and (e) liquid carbon dioxide. These foams are characterized by a ball rebound of less than 20%. Particularly preferred foams are characterized by a 95% height recovery time greater than 4 seconds.

摘要： The present invention provides flexible polyurethane foams with bulk densities less than about 15 kg/m3 and compressive strengths less than about 1.5 kPa and a process for producing these foams. The inventive foams are produced where polyisocyanates are reacted with special polyol mixtures in combination with high amounts of water and carbon dioxide dissolved under elevated pressure as the blowing agent.

摘要： Low-fog flexible polyester polyurethane foams are produced by reactinga) polyisocyanates, withb) polyesters containing at least two hydroxyl groups and having a molecular weight in the range from 400 to 10,000,in the presence ofc) water and/or readily volatile organic compounds as blowing agentswherein prior to reacting, the polyesters have been subjected to continuous distillation over an average holding time of 2 to 600 s, at a temperature of 160.degree. to 250.degree. C., and under a pressure of 0.05 to 10 mbar.The reaction mixture may optionally containd)compounds containing at least two active hydrogen atoms and having a molecular weight in the range from 32 to 400 as chain-extending and crosslinking agents, and/ore) auxiliaries and additives known per se.These low-fogging polyester polyurethane foams are extremely suitable for use in vehicles, preferably automobiles.
