摘要： Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with selectively acquiring and utilizing query statistics are described. One example method includes selectively acquiring statistics associated with search queries submitted to a search process during a sample period. The statistics may be associated with an index and tokens associated with the index and search queries. The method may also include selecting tokens and/or queries to optimize based, at least in part, on the statistics. In one example, whether and/or how the tokens and/or queries are optimized may depend on estimating index fragmentation based, at least in part, on the statistics.

One exemplary system embodiment includes logic to produce a gram from a string and logic to identify candidate documents based on identifying matches between query grams and document grams stored in an inverted index that relates grams to documents. The example system may also include logic to selectively partially reconstruct a candidate document from entries in the inverted index and logic to compute an edit distance between a string associated with a query and a string associated with the partially reconstructed candidate document. The example system may also include a signal logic configured to provide a signal corresponding to the edit distance.

The engaging claw engages the hole (2j) of the edge (2f) of the outer panel (2) from the inside when the flange (21f) is set on the edge (2f) of the hole (2j). The engaging claw is capable of disengaging from the edge (2f) of the hole (2j) by a disengagement operation occurring inside the outer panel (2).

The front cover is connected at a lower end side thereof to the lower front part of the scanner body and connected at an upper end side thereof to pivotably connected to the front end side of the upper surface cover. By opening the front surface cover from the front surface of the scanner body, the upper surface cover and front surface cover form a document ejection tray.

摘要： A magnetic head-positioning servo system is provided to accurately test a magnetic disk with a track written in advance, by providing two fine actuators. The second fine actuator, to which a magnetic head is attached, is mounted on the first fine actuator. The second fine actuator has a larger generating displacement than a generating displacement of the first fine actuator, and lets the magnetic disk to follow the eccentricity of the track. In this way, the positioning accuracy can be increased.

摘要： A disk locating actuator of a disk apparatus has a carrier member carrying a head and a curved flexible printed circuit fixed at its one end to the carrier member and at its other end to a base. Angles at which the flexible printed circuit is fixed are suitably determined so as to diminish any dynamic reacting force produced by vibration of the flexible printed circuit, thus ensuring high degree of head locating precision.
