The wheel rim and/or the wheel disk may include a support structure comprised of fiber-reinforced plastic. The wheel rim and/or the wheel disk, at least on a side of the support structure that faces the brake system, may have a thermo-function structure that in thermal terms is configured so as to be more conductive than the support structure and is disposed so as to extend in such a manner that thermal energy generated by the brake system is discharged from a first region of the wheel rim and/or of the wheel disk that on account of said thermal energy is highly stressed in thermal terms into a second region of the wheel rim and/or of the wheel disk (3) that is less stressed in thermal terms.

    摘要： The invention relates to a device for producing a component made from a fiber composite material from a semi-finished fibrous product by means of a multi-part molding and infiltration tool with tool parts, the molding functional surfaces thereof forming, when the tool is closed, a cavity that defines the component. The device is characterized in that the tool (1) has a sealing frame (2, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22) which is designed as a hollow body and in which the semi-finished fibrous product (3) can be arranged, and the tool parts (4) are configured and can be associated with the sealing frame (2, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22) such that, when the tool (1) is closed, the tool parts (4) are connected tightly to the sealing frame (2, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22).

    摘要： A vehicle wheel comprising a wheel rim with a rim base made from fiber composite material and a wheel disc. The wheel disc is connected to the wheel rim by a connecting element which is guided through a passage of the rim base and is received in the wheel disc. The wheel rim comprises a connecting arrangement with at least one connecting element and a seal element which covers in a complete and hollow manner a part of one or more adjacent connecting arrangements that extends across the rim outer side of the rim base. A circumferential edge of the seal element is glued in air-tight manner to the rim well. Alternatively, the wheel rim comprises a connecting arrangement with a connecting element and a flexible sealing layer made from plastic and completely covers, by coating, a part of the connecting arrangement which extends over the rim outer side of the rim base. An edge region of the flexible seal layer is connected in an air-tight manner to the rim base.

    摘要： A vehicle wheel may include a wheel rim and a wheel disc connected to an inner side of the wheel rim. The wheel disc may be connected to the wheel rim by a connecting element that is guided through a through-hole of the rim base and inserted in the wheel disc. The through-hole is arranged in the tire seat of the rim base and the connecting element is joined substantially in the direction of the radial extension of the wheel disc which is associated to the tire seat on the inner side of the rim. In the method for producing the wheel the connection between wheel rim and wheel disc is produced in the region of the tire seat of the rim base, and, after the insertion of the connecting element into the wheel disc, a portion of the connecting element protruding the contour of the outer side of the rim of the tire seat is shaped so that the connecting element conforms to the contour of the outer side of the rim of the tire seat.
