    摘要: In a case where an operation to a non-parking operation position is performed at the time when an engine stops at a parking position, an electronic control unit executes two controls, i.e., a change to a non-parking position and starting of the engine, simultaneously. At this time, in a case where the operation to the non-parking operation position is performed at the time when the engine is stopped at the parking position by stop-start system, a deceleration start timing of an electric actuator is made earlier in comparison with a case where the operation is performed at a time different from the above. Accordingly, even in a state where a voltage of the electric actuator is decreased, a motor rotation position can be easily stopped at a non-p target rotation position.

    摘要: An actuator unit that drives a switching mechanism for a shift range of an automatic transmission is provided. The actuator unit includes a motor that generates a drive force for driving the switching mechanism, a control substrate that controls the motor, a connector that connects a wire to the control substrate, a housing that includes an opening, a cover that covers the opening, and a shock absorption material that includes a first shock absorption material and a second shock absorption material. The motor and the control substrate are positioned in a housing space defined by the housing and the cover. The control substrate is fixed to the housing. The first shock absorption material and the second shock absorption material are positioned between the control substrate and the cover, and contacts both the control substrate and the cover.

    摘要: An actuator includes a manually operable portion that is operable to transmit rotation to an output shaft. The manually operable portion is provided such that the manually operable portion extends through a housing while at least a portion of the manually operable portion is exposed to an outside of the housing. In this way, even in a case where the actuator becomes inoperable, it is possible to change a shift range by rotating the output shaft through operation of the manually operable portion. It is only required to have a connection hole, which is conventionally provided at an outer wall of a transmission case, as a hole, which connects this rotary actuator to a shift range change mechanism. Therefore, it is sufficient to perform only a relatively small improvement, such as providing screw holes for fixing the actuator in a preexisting transmission.
