A drive unit includes a first planetary gear unit connected to an engine, and a second planetary gear unit connected to a second rotary element of the first planetary gear unit. The drive unit includes a first engagement device which connects rotary elements of the first planetary gear unit, a third rotary element in the first planetary gear unit, a second engagement device which connects any one of a fifth rotary element and a sixth rotary element in the second planetary gear unit, and a third engagement device which can fix a first rotary element of the first planetary gear unit.

摘要: A control system, for a vehicle (Ve), comprises an electronic control unit (18) and a selectable one-way clutch (17). The electronic control unit (18) is configured to produce differential rotation in the selectable one-way clutch (17) by controlling the rotational speed by a motor (2), the differential rotation including positive differential rotation and negative differential rotation, the positive differential rotation being the relative rotation in a direction in which the relative rotation is restricted in an engaged state of the selectable one-way clutch (17), and the negative differential rotation being the relative rotation in a direction in which the relative rotation is permitted in an engaged state of the selectable one-way clutch (17), wherein the electronic control unit (1.) sets a first state of the selectable one-way clutch (17), and (2.) executes lock rotation control in which the differential rotation is maintained at positive differential rotation, in the case where the control unit (18) switches the selectable one-way clutch (17) from the disengaged state to the engaged state.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch to selectively enable torque transmission only in one direction and to interrupt torque transmission in both directions is provided. The selectable one-way clutch comprises: an oil passage that is formed in the selector plate, and that has a first opening situated at a lower level than the oil level and a second opening situated at a higher level than the oil level; and a closure that is formed on the pocket plate at a position to close the second opening at least partially when the selectable one-way clutch is in the overrunning mode, and to increase the opening area of the second opening when the selectable one-way clutch is in the engagement mode.

The shift mechanism has a drive drum that is provided so as to be coaxial with the rotational axis and pivotable about the rotational axis, and a first driven drum and a second driven drum that are arranged on the rotational axis so as to be concentric with the drive drum and move along the rotational axis as the drive drum pivots. As the first driven drum moves, a first shift sleeve advances and retreats, and the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are connected and disconnected. In addition, as the second driven drum moves, a second shift sleeve advances and retreats, and the second transmission shaft and the third transmission shaft are connected and disconnected.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch includes an engagement mechanism. The engagement mechanism is configured to be switched between an engaged state and a disengaged state. The engaged state is a state in which relative rotation between a first and a second members in one of a positive rotational direction and a reverse rotational direction is restricted. The disengaged state is a state in which the relative rotation between the first member and the second member in both of the positive and the reverse rotational direction is permitted. The electronic control unit is configured to apply torque to the one of the first member or the second member by using a motor such that relative rotation in the other one of the positive or the reverse rotational direction is generated between the first member and the second member when the engagement mechanism is switched from the engaged state to the disengaged state.

Further, notch portions are formed on an outer periphery portion of at least one of the selector plate and the rotating plate to have a shape passing through the plate in a thickness direction.

摘要: A selectable one-way clutch is provided. The selectable one-way clutch comprises a selector member rotated at a predetermined angle between an engagement position and a disengagement position, and an actuator that reciprocates linearly along a tangential line of the selector member to rotate the selector member to the engagement position and to the disengagement position. The actuator comprises an actuation member that is offset from the selector member in a direction along a rotational center axis of the selector member to actuate along the tangential line of the circumference of the selector member. The selectable one-way clutch further comprises an arm connecting the actuation member and the selector member to rotate the selector member by a linear motion of the actuation member.

摘要: A vehicle control system is provided to maintain an SOC level of the battery during autonomous operation of the vehicle. The control system is applied to a vehicle that can be operated autonomously by controlling an engine, a motor, a steering system, a brake system etc. autonomously by a controller, and the vehicle is allowed to coast by manipulating a clutch. During autonomous operation of the vehicle, a first coasting mode in which the engine is stopped and the clutch is disengaged is selected if the SOC level is higher than a threshold level, and a second coasting mode in which the engine is activated and the clutch is disengaged is selected if the SOC level is lower than the threshold level.
