摘要: A method for learning engine clutch delivery torque of a hybrid vehicle includes: determining, by a controller, whether power transference of a transmission transmitting output from an engine of the vehicle and a motor of the vehicle is interrupted; controlling, by the controller, a speed of the motor to be maintained at a first speed when the power transference of the transmission is interrupted; calculating, by the controller, a first delivery torque of an engine clutch that connects the engine with the motor or disconnects the engine from the motor, based on the first speed and a second speed of the motor which is generated after the engine clutch is engaged; controlling, by the controller, the speed of the motor to be maintained at the second speed by releasing the engine clutch after the first delivery torque is calculated; and calculating, by the controller, a second delivery torque of the engine clutch based on the second speed and a third speed of the motor which is generated after the engine clutch is engaged.

A controller is configured to increase an amount of torque carried by each of the on-coming clutch and the assisting clutch. The controller is further configured to reduce an amount of torque carried by the off-going clutch and, after the off-going clutch is disengaged, to reduce the amount of torque carried by the assisting clutch.

摘要: When an engagement-side clutch taking charge of rotation control in an upshift is the same as a rotation control clutch of a previous gear shift, it is determined that there is a likelihood that a thermal load of a clutch friction material will increase, and the thermal load of the clutch friction material is decreased by delaying gear shift start. By setting a delay time by which the gear shift start is delayed when an accelerator depression amount is small to be shorter than when the accelerator depression amount is large depending on the accelerator depression amount, a gear shift which is an upshift can be performed without unnecessary waiting.

摘要: A method of controlling thermal loading in a multi-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) that is paired with an internal combustion engine in a vehicle is provided. The method includes detecting operation of the vehicle and ascertaining a degree of thermal loading on the DCT. The method also includes selecting a remedial action corresponding to the ascertained degree of thermal loading. Additionally, the method includes activating the selected remedial action such that the thermal loading on the DCT is reduced. A vehicle having a DCT, an internal combustion engine, and a controller configured to control thermal loading in the DCT is also disclosed.

摘要: A method is provided for balancing clutch wear in a dual clutch transmission, the transmission comprising a first transmission mechanism arranged to transmit mechanical driving force from an output shaft of the internal combustion engine to a first input shaft and to put any one of a first set of gears in an engaged state to connect the first input shaft to the ground engaging members; a second transmission mechanism arranged to transmit mechanical driving force from the output shaft of the internal combustion engine to a second input shaft and to put any one of a second set of gears in an engaged state to connect the second input shaft to the ground engaging members; a controllable first clutch unit arranged to bring the output shaft of the internal combustion engine and the first input shaft into engagement with each other; a controllable second clutch unit arranged to bring the output shaft of the internal combustion engine and the second input shaft into engagement with each other, and an electronic control unit arranged to control gear selection and clutch unit actuation. The method involves performing the steps of determining which clutch unit is subjected to the most accumulated wear and selecting a gear actuated by the other clutch unit during launch of the vehicle.

摘要: In a gear shift control apparatus for a vehicle, since a torque sharing rate is set as a constraint for a motion equation for an automatic transmission, suitable control in torque delivery, which is considered difficult in gear shift control, can be implemented and also the motion equation can be solved. Furthermore, when at least four control operation amounts must be determined in order to achieve two gear shift target values, another engaging device is classified into any of an engaging-side clutch and a releasing-side clutch depending on how another clutch torque acts on progress of a gear shift, hence in addition to achieving torque sharing in accordance with a torque sharing rate between the engaging-side clutch and the releasing-side clutch, torque sharing among a plurality of engaging devices classified into a same side can be arbitrarily set. As a result, the respective control operation amounts can be determined.

The at least one no-change engagement mechanism is released after the timing to complete the operation.
