    摘要: A sampling system, favorably applicable to an automatic chemical analyzer, is provided for sampling by sucking and discharging liquid, such as specimens and reagents. The sampling system comprises a pump having a container in which an inner space of a certain volume is formed and an actuator arranged in the inner space to form a pumping chamber therein. The actuator comprises a base plate having both sides thereon and a piezoelectric element attached to the base plate. Further provided are a tube having one end connected to the pumping chamber, a nozzle conntected to another end of the tube, and an element for controlling a driving voltage applied to the piezoelectric element. For instance, the piezoelectric element is composed of two piezoelectric plates attached each to both the sides of the base plate. A piezoelectric sensor is attached to the base plate for detecting distortion of the actuator, a liquid level of specimens and reagents, and error operations such as air suction and jamming. The piezoelectric sensor is attachted to a cutout portion, partly cut out in either one of two piezoelectric plates. In case of being applied to the automatic chemical analyzer, an output signal from the piezoelectric sensor is used for correction of absorbance data.

    摘要: An emitter coupled logic circuit includes a differential amplifier circuit provided between a higher potential source and a first lower potential source; an emitter follower first transistor whose base is connected to a first output node of the differential amplifier, whose collector is connected to the higher potential source, and whose emitter is connected to an output node; a second transistor whose collector is connected to the higher potential source, whose emitter is connecrted to a second lower potential having its potential higher than that of the first lower potential and whose base is connected to its collector through a resistor; and a pull-down third transistor whose collector is connected to the output terminal and whose emitter is connected to the collector of the second transistor through a resistor. The circuit may further include a capacitor which is connected between the second output node of the differential amplifier and the base of said third transistor. The power consumption of the circuit is reduced and the operation speeds thereof are improved.

    摘要: An emitter-follower circuit suitable for use in an emitter-coupled logic circuit includes an emitter-follower NPN transistor having a first emitter and a second emitter, a biasing circuit having a diode and a first resistor, a load capacitance discharging state detection circuit having a PNP transistor and a second resistor, and a second NPN transistor adapted to be connected with a load. The second resistor detects a current passing through the PNP transistor and the second NPN transistor is activated by the voltage value detected by the second resistor to form a path discharging charge due to a load capacitance. Even when the current amplification h.sub.FE of the discharging PNP transistor is low, the second NPN transistor which has a high h.sub.FE forms the main discharge current path, so that electric charge on the load capacitance can discharge rapidly. As a result, a high-speed switching emitter-follower circuit is provided.

    摘要: A jack with switch comprises a body that has a plug insertion hole and a switch chamber which is adjacent to the plug insertion hole. The plug insertion hole and the switch chamber communicate with one another. The switch chamber contains a separator partly projecting into the plug insertion hole, a movable contactor piece, and a stationary contactor piece. When a plug is inserted into the plug insertion hole, the separator is transversely displaced to space the movable contactor piece apart from the stationary contactor piece. When the separator is displaced or moved by a predetermined extent, the separator hits a projected wall portion formed in the switch chamber in order to restrict further displacement of the separator. Even if the plug is wrenched in the jack, the movable contactor piece is prevented from excessive displacement.
