摘要: A press machine having side frames which are effectively reinforced so as to appreciably reduce the noise generated during operation of the machine and improve the working accuracy of the machine without installing any special device on the outside thereof, significantly increasing the weight of the entire press machine, or obstructing a space between the side frames of the press machine. The side frames of the press machine are C-shaped in side view and are reinforced by at least one reinforcing member fixedly secured to each of the side frames at at least one predetermined place. The reinforcing members function to suppress the deformation of the opening of the C-shaped side frames to reduce noise and improve accuracy. The reinforcing members convert the vibrational energy of the side frames into heat energy which is then absorbed into the side frames.

摘要: A breakthrough buffer for a mechanical press (1) includes at least one buffer body (20) disposed between punch slide (2) and lower press frame (7) to cushion punch plate (3) during breakthrough of punch (4) through a workpiece, a timing regulator (40, 70, 90) connected to each buffer body for regulating timing of buffering during breakthrough, and a control system (60) to provide a command signal to this regulator to minimize noise or vibration occurring during the breakthrough. The control system includes a controller (63) which is responsive to the output of noise sensor (61) or vibration sensor (65) during breakthrough. The buffer body can include fluid driven buffer piston (22) in a buffer cylinder (21), with the buffer piston being associated with a guidepost (5). Alternatively, the buffer body can include piston (82) which contacts the guidepost and which is fluid driven (30, 81) in opposition to spring (83). The timing regulator can include an annular guide (46, 71) which is movable vertically by stepping motor (41) and worm gear drive (42, 44). A locking mechanism (73) can restrain trailing whirl of the guide. Alternatively, the timing regulator can include regulating piston (94) in regulating actuator (93), with fluid pressure on one side being controlled by proportional valve (91) responsive to the command signal, while fluid pressure on the other side is applied to each buffer piston.

摘要: A semiconductor package comprises a conduction member, a semiconductor chip mounted on and electrically connected to the conduction member, and a sealing body configured to seal the conduction member and the semiconductor chip. The conduction member comprises a power supply section configured to supply a power voltage to said semiconductor chip, a ground section configured to supply a ground voltage to the semiconductor chip, and a signal section connected to a signal terminal of the semiconductor chip. The power supply section, the ground section, and the signal section are arranged so as not to overlap each other. At least a part of said ground section is exposed on an under surface of the sealing body. The power supply section comprises an exposed region of which bottom surface is exposed on the under surface, and a plurality of power hanging-pin region configured to extend to a side of the sealing body from the exposed region.

摘要: The removal starting position (8S1) of a first removal process and the four removal starting positions (8S21-8S24) in a second removal process are established on an imaginary circle (7I) with a prescribed radius (R) that is inscribed in the apex (7C) of an incomplete thread part (7a). In each removal process, the tip of the screw thread cutting tool shaves off the apex (7C) of the incomplete thread part (7a) into respective recesses, contacting the imaginary inscribed circle (7I) from the outside (above). The multiple cutting surfaces of the apex (7C) are formed in parallel helices (that is, as mutually adjacent helical recesses) from the starting position to the ending position of the incomplete thread part. Points and burrs in the incomplete thread part can thereby be eliminated or reduced without loss of the ability to screw together with a partner threaded fastener (threaded portion).

Formed in an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical body 4 is a recessed portion 42 which becomes concave with clearances C1 and C2 of respective given amounts left between the recessed portion 42 and the projecting portion 52. This makes it possible to manufacture a shift lever bush 1 having a two-stage spring characteristic at low cost.

摘要: In an information terminal, a coaxial cable connected a radio-circuit-board, which is often placed at a front section of a case, to an external antenna terminal or an antenna placed at a rear section of the case. The terminal having a simple structure prevents a clock signal from leaking to the coaxial cable from a CPU, so that an S/N ratio in receiving can be improved. A cable-groove recessed from a bottom to inside is provided. The coaxial cable between the radio circuit board and the external antenna terminal or the antenna runs through the cable groove, which is covered with a lid. Thus, a clock signal of the CPU can be shielded by the conductive case.
