摘要: A diagnostic monitoring system, for detecting and displaying malfunctions or abnormal operations occurring in various engine operation control computers, includes a microcomputer, actuators and sensors. Each of the engine operation control computers performs a diagnosis program as a part of their control programs and produces a signal whenever a malfunction or abnormal operation is detected. A central supervisory system receives such signals from the engine operation control computers and stores them separately for the individual control computers. A display unit displays the stored signals in response to instructions from the central supervisory system.

摘要: Disclosed is a silica-supported catalyst having excellent wear resistance, by which an object product can be obtained with excellent yield. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a silica-supported catalyst which contains Mo, V, Nb and component X (that is Sb and/or Te), and is used in a vapor-phase catalytic oxidation reaction or vapor-phase catalytic ammoxidation reaction of propane. The method for producing a silica-supported catalyst comprises: (I) a step wherein Mo, V, Nb, component X, a silica sol and water are mixed, thereby preparing a starting material blended solution; (II) a step wherein the starting material blended solution is dried, thereby obtaining a dried powder; and (III) a step wherein the dried powder is tired, thereby obtaining a silica-supported catalyst. In the method for producing a silica-supported catalyst, the silica sol contains 10-270 ppm by weight of nitrate ions relative to SiO2.

摘要: An electronic apparatus suppresses consumption of power by saving power for the electronic apparatus main body and a communicating module. In a printing apparatus, power saving mode setting processing is carried out if the printing apparatus is not used in a specified time interval. More specifically, a printing portion is changed into a sleep mode and the communicating module is changed to power saving mode depending on an amount of power remaining in a battery and power ON passage time. Further, auto power OFF setting time is changed depending on the amount of power remaining in the battery. For example, the mode of the communicating module is changed among a plural modes classified depending on consumption of power supplied from the battery and used by the communicating module.
