摘要: A fiber scope of the side-viewing type includes an image guide and two light guides disposed on both sides thereof in an objective part. The fiber scope is suitable for the observation of the surface of long articles assembled with narrow gaps therebetween as in an assembly of nuclear fuel rods in a nuclear reactor and a wide field of view can be secured even if an object to be observed stands within a point-blank range of an objective part. Also a plurality of long articles can be simultaneously observed by the fiber scope or the observation can be carried out while moving the fiber scope in the scanning direction. If the fiber scope is used in a radioactive environment, highly radiation resistant optical fibers are used.

摘要: It is possible to provide a project management system and a project management system program for supporting effective building and management of a project by considering relationship among actions executed in a project management. For example, an electronic medical report system (1) includes an electronic medical record management center device (10) for managing information on a medical action executed on a medical site which device is connected via a network (30) to a plurality of terminal devices (20) used by users. The electronic medical record management center device (10) has linkage information for linking to other medical action for each of the medical actions. The terminal devices (20) generate electronic medical records by considering the relationship among the medical actions according to the linkage information.

摘要: A flange is provided at the opening metal of a pressure container, and it extends toward the periphery of the container body at the bonding part thereof at which it bonds to the container body. The liner of the pressure container has a self-sealing part at which it abuts the flange to be sealed up together. On the outer peripheral side of the self-sealing part, a ring-shaped constraint member is provided in the outer periphery of the liner, and the constraint member is to restrict the diameter expansion of the liner to be caused by the expansion of the container body. The liner has an easily-displaceable part that is readily elongable and deformable, at the outer periphery thereof in the radial direction of the self-sealing part.

摘要: A liquid holder linked unit 1 that includes a plurality of liquid holders connected together. Each liquid holder is used as a liquid container suitable for easily dispensing chemicals by a proper amount for each use according to patients with a precise recipe includes an open inlet 11 and an open outlet 12, and plurality of liquid holders 101, 102, and 103 capable of storing the chemicals by an amount for each use formed between the inlet and the outlet. Outlet 12 of one liquid holder linked units is detachably fitted to the inlet 11 of another liquid holder linked unit to integrally connect the plurality of liquid storage part connection unit bodies to each other. With all liquid holder linked units 1 between the first inlet 11 and the last outlet 12 allowed to communicate with each other, the chemicals are filled therein and the portions of the communication pipes 13 thereof are scaled to store specified amounts of chemical therein.
