    摘要： Processes and compositions are described for the use in foodstuffs, chewing gum, toothpaste and medicinal product flavor and aroma augmenting, modifying, enhancing and imparting compositions and as foodstuff, chewing gum, toothpaste and medicinal product aroma imparting materials of cylic acetals of 2-methyl-2-pentenal having the generic structure: ##STR1## wherein R represents either hydrogen or methyl and the wavy lines signify that the cyclic acetal moiety is in either a "cis" or "trans" configuration with respect to the ethyl moiety bonded to the ethylenic moiety of the molecule. Addition of one or more cyclic acetals of 2-methyl-2-pentenal to foodstuffs, chewing gums, toothpastes and/or medicinal products produces sweet, fruity, gooseberry, green, aniseed, licorice, floral and herbal aroma characteristics and sweet, fruity, gooseberry, green, spearmint-like, aniseed, licorice, floral and herbal flavor characteristics with albedo-like flavor nuances.

    摘要： A purpose of the present invention is to provide a method capable of more effectively prescribing an anti-human PD-1 antibody for anti-cancer therapy, a method for estimating or optimizing therapeutic efficacy thereof, and further an efficacy marker that can be used in methods thereof. The present invention enables selection of the cancer patient in whom the therapeutic efficacy of the anti-human PD-1 antibody can be expected in future, by measuring the change which is more than a certain level of several kinds of efficacy markers in blood after administering the initial dose or doses of the anti-human PD-1 antibody compared to that prior to administering the initial dose, and provides a new prescription of the anti-human PD-1 antibody for anti-cancer therapy.

The baglike container for centrifugation is one comprising a main frame constituted of first container wall (3) with recess portion (6) formed so as to allow fitting in a centrifuge and with flange portion (7) provided on an open face border of the recess portion (6) and constituted of flexible second container wall (4) having its peripheral portion sealed mutually with the flange portion (7) of the first container wall (3) so as to define storing space (6′) for dispersion liquid in cooperation with the recess portion (6) and further comprising port (5) fitted to the main frame in a fashion allowing communication with the storing space (6′), wherein the recess portion (6) defining the storing space (6′) can be set in the centrifuge so that centrifugal force perpendicular to the bottom plane of the recess portion (6) applies. Moreover, there is disclosed a method of gene introduction using this baglike container.

    摘要： An information recording medium conveyer is provided, which provides countermeasures against power interruptions with high reliability. When a power interruption occurs during a loading operation with a conveying roller, the first unloading operation is initiated. When the outputs from detection sensors satisfy a predetermined condition during the first unloading operation, the process is initialized to cause the conveying roller to initiate a re-loading operation, thereby loading an information recording medium into a tray. On the other hand, when the outputs from the detection sensors do not change in accordance with a predetermined sequence during the re-loading operation, the process initiates the second unloading operation. When the detection sensors have detected the information recording medium during the second unloading operation and then the outputs from the detection sensors satisfy the predetermined condition, the process is initialized to cause the conveying roller to initiate another loading operation, thereby loading the information recording medium into the tray. Even when a power interruption occurs during an unloading operation, the same processing is performed to eject the information recording medium.
