    摘要: A roller bearing with a cage comprises an inner race and an outer race concentric with each other, a plurality of rollers interposed between the inner race and the outer race, and a cage for retaining these rollers. The cage comprises a pair of annular side plates disposed at the both ends of each of the rollers for supporting the rollers to be rotatable, and a plurality of pins each having its both ends respectively connected to connection portions of the pair of annular side plates. The parallel screw portions are respectively formed at the both ends of each of the pins and large-diameter portions each having a larger diameter than the parallel screw portions are respectively formed on the inner sides of the parallel screw portions on the both sides thereof. The circular recesses in which the large-diameter portions are respectively fitted are respectively formed on the inner sides of the pin connection portions of the pair of annular side plates.

    摘要: A cage is made of a low carbon steel and is for use in a rolling bearing which includes an outer ring, an inner ring and a plurality of rolling elements disposed rotationally between the outer ring and the inner ring. The cage includes a plurality of pockets for retaining the rolling elements in an equi-distribution in the rotating direction of the rolling elements. The low carbon steel is a steel containing from 0.02 to 0.10% by weight of C and from 0.10 to 0.45% by weight of Mn and is subjected to plastic working. The hardness for the pocket surface at least at a portion in contact with the rolling element is Hv 190 to 270, and the hardness for the core portion in the cage section is Hv 110 to 170.

The retainer 6 is only provided in one axial pocket face 7b of a pocket 7, and the other face is opened.

The first epitaxial crystal layer is made up of crystals that have a different lattice constant from that of the crystals that constitute the substrate. The (111) plane of the substrate that includes any points on the interface between the second epitaxial crystal layer and the substrate is surrounded by the element isolation insulating film in a deeper region than the second epitaxial crystal layer.

The frequency characteristic setting portion changes a frequency characteristic in which a sound band including a human voice band is emphasized to a frequency characteristic in which the characteristics of a gain in accordance with a frequency gradually becomes flat with an increase in the volume set by the sound volume setting portion. As a result, the frequency band of the human voice is strongly emphasized so as to help elderly people hear it at a low volume, and, as the volume grows higher, a frequency characteristic is changed to a flatter frequency characteristic, thereby making it possible to output easy-to-hear sound while reducing inconvenience caused by the emphasis of a specific frequency band.
