摘要: In some embodiments, a method for processing an audio signal in an audio processing apparatus is disclosed. The method includes receiving an audio signal and a parameter, the parameter indicating a location of an auditory event boundary. An audio portion between consecutive auditory event boundaries constitutes an auditory event. The method further includes applying a modification to the audio signal based in part on an occurrence of the auditory event. The parameter may be generated by monitoring a characteristic of the audio signal and identifying a change in the characteristic.

摘要: A controller calculates individual parameters, including nonlinear parameters of a speaker model, based on a measured displacement of a vibration system of a speaker. A sound generator outputs an audio signal, and an output flattening filter adjusts gains of individual bands of an audio signal so that a frequency characteristic of a volume of sound output by the speaker is flattened in accordance with a speaker model obtained by linearizing calculated parameters and outputs a resultant audio signal. A nonlinear inverse filter corrects the resultant audio signal by signal processing adapted to the gains of the output flattening filter so that the nonlinear distortion of the speaker is suppressed in accordance with the speaker model including the nonlinear parameters and outputs the corrected audio signal as an output audio signal to the speaker via an amplifier.

The audio device includes a first sound wave sensor to receive a sound wave and output a first signal based on the sound wave; a second sound wave sensor to receive the sound wave and output a second signal based on the sound wave; and a signal processing circuit coupled to the first sound wave sensor and the second sound wave sensor to generate an output signal based on the first signal and the second signal, wherein the audio device's near-field sensitivity to a sound wave is substantially lower than its far-field sensitivity to the sound wave.

The method may further including performing various corrections to the audio to account for video captured by different cameras such as a front camera and a rear camera. The method may further include performing smooth switching of the binaural audio when switching between the front camera and the rear camera. In this manner, noise may be reduced in the binaural audio, and the user perception of the combined video and binaural audio may be improved.

摘要: The various implementations described herein include methods, devices, and systems for automatic audio equalization. In one aspect, a method is performed at an electronic device that includes speakers, microphones, processors and memory. The electronic device outputs audio user content from the speakers and automatically equalizes subsequent audio output of the device without user input. The automatic equalization includes: (1) obtaining audio content signals, including receiving outputted audio content at each microphone; (2) determining from the audio content signals phase differences between microphones; (3) obtaining a feature vector based on the phase differences; (4) obtaining a frequency correction from a correction database based on the obtained feature vector; and (5) applying the obtained frequency correction to the subsequent audio output.

The cooped-up feeling elimination signal generation part generates a cooped-up feeling elimination signal from the surrounding sound signal. The addition part adds together the generated noise canceling signal and the cooped-up feeling elimination signal at a prescribed ratio.

摘要: An audio signal processing circuit includes a filter, a gain control circuit, and a bass boost circuit. The filter filters an audio signal and produces a filtered signal accordingly. The gain control circuit divides the filtered signal in the time domain into a first segment and a second segment that are substantially equal in length, measures a first amplitude of the first segment and a second amplitude of the second segment, and generates a gain based on the first amplitude which is greater than the second amplitude. The bass boost circuit adjusts the amplitudes of the first segment and the second segment according to the gain.
