    摘要: An object is to provide a motor-driven compressor capable of reducing cost required when a failure occurs in part of components configuring an inverter device. A power substrate assembly 50 is removably fixed to a housing body 10 in an inverter accommodation chamber 13, and a control substrate assembly 70 and a filter circuit assembly 90 are removably fixed to a cover 30. Therefore, when the cover 30 is removed from the housing body 10, the power substrate assembly 50, the control substrate assembly 70, and the filter circuit assembly 90 can be independently removed from the housing body 10 or the cover 30, and new power substrate assembly 50, control substrate assembly 70, and filter circuit assembly 90 can be independently mounted on the housing body 10 or the cover 30.

One surface of the control circuit board (25) is installed in a heat transferable manner on a heat-dissipating planar part (31) disposed on a housing (2), while heat-producing electrical components (39) are disposed in a heat transferable manner on the other surface of the control circuit board (25). The control circuit board (25) includes a substrate body (41) constituted of an insulator, and heat-conducting through members (42) constituted of a good thermal conductor filled through in a thickness direction of the substrate body (41). One end of each of the heat-conducting through members (42) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the heat-dissipating planar part (31), and the electrical component (39) is disposed in a heat transferable manner on the other end.

    摘要: An object is to achieve a compact design by using a dead space in an inverter box effectively, to improve cooling properties of heat-generating electrical components disposed on a control circuit board of an inverter, and to increase flexibility of wiring layout. In an inverter box provided at a periphery of a housing, a heat-dissipating flat portion that is parallel to a control circuit board of an inverter is formed, and electrical components are disposed in a space between the heat-dissipating flat portion and the control circuit board. Preferably, the electrical components are installed so that the back faces thereof abut against the heat-dissipating flat portion either directly or via a heat-conducting member. More preferably, faces of the electrical components on the board side abut against the control circuit board.

    摘要: There is provided an integrated electric compressor that is improved in reliability. Bus bar connection is employed for electrical connection between a power board 16 and the power source side and between the power board 16 and the motor side, and welding is employed for joining a bus bar to a capacitor 13 and a reactor 14, for joining board-side terminal parts of the bus bar to PN terminals 20a and 20b, and for joining UVW terminals 25a, 25b and 25c to housing-side terminals 28a, 28b and 28c. By employing resistance welding for the welding, the terminals can be joined to each other with stabilized quality. Further, since flat joint plates are provided on one end side of the housing-side terminals 28a, 28b and 28c, and the UVW terminals 25a, 25b and 25c are welded thereto, reliable joints between terminals can also be attained in these portions.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner that prevents noise from entering a control circuit and allows high speed communication. A motor control microcomputer 24 is isolated from a gate circuit 22, and communication therebetween is performed via a photocoupler 80. This suppresses the influence of noise resulting from changes caused by changes in voltage and current that occur in a high voltage system for driving a motor 30. Also, the motor control microcomputer 24 and a communication driver 27 can be directly bus-connected without a photocoupler, thereby allowing high speed communication therebetween.
