    摘要: A system visually distinguishes diseased tissue from healthy tissue after a treatment is administered to a patient to provide different concentrations of a fluorescent marking substance between the diseased tissue and the healthy tissue. A light source illuminates the tissue with excitation light. A detector detects light returning from the tissue, and a controller characterizes the returning light according to a measured property indicative of the different concentrations. A light projector projects light having a predetermined cue in response to the characterization of the returning light.

    摘要: Provided is an exhaust-treatment device for a diesel engine, said device being capable of suppressing engine noise. In a first stage P1 of an exhaust-temperature-raising process, a target engine speed is set to a prescribed first target speed R1 and an intake throttle valve 41 is set to a prescribed first degree of opening O1. In a second stage P2, the target engine speed is maintained at the first target speed R1 and the intake throttle valve 41 is set to a position more closed than the first degree of opening O1. When a set duration T2 for the second stage P2 has come to an end, the intake throttle valve 41 is at a second degree of opening O2, which is maintained in third and subsequent stages P3/P4. In said third and subsequent stages P3/P4, as a set duration T3/T4 for each stage P3/P4 passes, the target engine speed is updated to a target speed R2/R3 higher than the target speed R1/R2 during the immediately prior stage P2/P3, and the temperature of DPF1 upstream exhaust gas 12 is increased.

    摘要: It is to provide photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) which are suitable for the diagnosis and therapy of a part requiring a certain degree of deep penetration, such as subcutaneous cancer and lymph nodes surrounded by blood vessels and fat. This is solved by performing PDT and PDD targeting cancer by administering a composition comprising a photosensitizing agent such as a tetrapyrrole-based compound (photofrin, protoporphyrin IX, etc.) or ALAs such as 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA), ALA methyl ester, ALA ethyl ester, ALA propyl ester, ALA butyl ester, ALA pentyl ester, or a hydrochloride, phosphate, or sulfate thereof followed by irradiation with excitation light at a wavelength of 480 to 580 nm.
