    摘要： A medical manipulator which includes: a plurality of arms formed in a cylindrical shape a distal end portion of which is made of a rigid member having a bending portion capable of bending; an insertion portion made of a rigid member having a plurality of channels in which base ends of the plurality of arms are connected to a distal end of the insertion portion so as to connect lumens of the arms to the plurality of channels; a photographic device provided at the distal end of the insertion portion; an operation portion that operates the bending portion; and a transmission member that connects the bending portion and the operation portion, in which the bending portion has: a first bending portion that is capable of bending in a predetermined direction by an operation of the operation portion, and a second bending portion provided in a base end than the first bending portion that is capable of fixing the plurality of arms in a bent state so as to mutually separate, and the transmission portion has: a first region which is flexible, and a second region which is rigid and connected to a base end portion of the first region.

    摘要： The present invention is a method of treating a wound in a sac-like cavity inside of a subject using negative pressure therapy. In the treatment method, an applicator connected to a negative pressure source and a closing member that closes an opening of the sac-like cavity are inserted to the sac-like cavity. The applicator is placed in the sac-like cavity and the closing member is placed in contact with the edge of an opening section of the sac-like cavity. The negative power source is driven, and a negative pressure of a desired value is applied to the sac-like cavity from the negative pressure source. The negative pressure of the desired value in the sac-like cavity is maintained, and negative pressure therapy is performed.

    摘要： A tissue capturing device is formed by a substantially circular cylinder-shaped container, a filter member, and a lens member. The filter member is provided with a substantially circular plate-shaped partitioning portion, and a circular column portion that is formed substantially in the shape of a circular column and that is provided coaxially with a top surface of the partitioning portion. Recessed portions that have a sufficient size to enable them to capture biological tissue are formed in a circumferential wall portion of the circular column portion. Tissue capturing surfaces are formed in bottom surfaces of the recessed portions. A plurality of micro through holes that penetrate as far as a bottom surface of the partitioning portion are formed in the tissue capturing surfaces of the recessed portions. A lens member is also mounted on the container. The mounting position of the lens member is a position that faces the tissue capturing surfaces.

    摘要： A suture instrument that is inserted into a body and ejects an elongated anchor to be engaged to tissue, consisting of: an elongated member that extends from a proximal end on a hand side to a remote end that is introduced to tissue and has flexibility; a needle that is provided at the remote end of the elongated member, has at the distal end a sharp tip that is capable of puncturing tissue, is capable of housing a plurality of the anchors inside, and is provided with a side hole through which the anchors are capable of passing; a pusher whose remote end abuts the anchor that is housed in the needle and is disposed in a manner to be capable of moving in the axial direction of the elongated member; and a push-out control portion that is provided in the needle or the pusher and changes the movement direction of the anchor that has been moved to a formation position of the side hole by the pusher from the length-wise direction of the needle to a direction heading toward the side hole.
