摘要: A removable steering angle sensor for a motor-driven power steering apparatus for use in a vehicle intended for rough road use. The handlebar of the vehicle is disposed on an upper portion of a steering shaft, and a motor-driven power steering apparatus, including a power assist portion as an actuator unit, is disposed in a middle portion of the steering shaft. The steering angle sensor for detecting a steering angle is disposed on one end of the steering shaft, or more specifically, on a lower end portion of an output shaft, or a leading end portion of an output shaft. During maintenance, this arrangement provides for easy removal and installation of the steering angle sensor.

摘要: In a vehicular air conditioning control apparatus having a compressor and an electric cooling fan of an externally controlled type, a fan motor control for increasing fan motor load is carried out in a compressor discharge capacity region lower than in normal control in below-listed cases. (1) When a requested cooling performance is predicted to increase. (2) When a vehicle is brought into an idling state. (3) In cool down in which a requested cooling performance is predicted to increase to be equal to or larger than a set value, or when a vehicle is brought into an idling state.

摘要: A vehicle includes a vehicle body frame, an engine attached to the vehicle body frame, and a power transmission unit for transmitting output from the engine to a wheel of the vehicle. The vehicle body frame includes a plate-shaped suspension-supporting bracket which is integrally connected to front end portions of main frame sections extending in a forward/rearward direction of a vehicle at a lower portion of the vehicle body frame, and also is integrally connected to lower end sides of front frame sections vertically extending at a front portion of the vehicle body frame. The plate-shaped suspension-supporting bracket includes suspension arm-supporting portions formed integrally therewith. The lightweight vehicle body frame reduces total weight of the vehicle and, at the same time, enhances assembling accuracy thereof.

摘要: Realized is a welding wire containing flux used for a gas shielded arc welding of a direct current/positive polarity mode, with use of which a quantity of sputter generated is small, a good weldability is realized and a weld metal with an excellent toughness is obtained in all the welding positions under application of a welding current in the range of a low current to a medium current, or in a definite manner in the range of 50 to 300 A. The flux contains 0.7 to 3 wt % Al, 0.1 to 1.0 wt % Mg and 1.2 to 5 wt % BaF2, each content being a value in wt % to a total weight of the wire and the sum of a content of Al plus a content of Mg multiplied by 3 being in the range of 1.3 to 5 wt %, a filling ratio of the flux to the total weight of the wire is in the range of 5 to 30 wt %, a total Mn content in a steel sheath and the flux combined is in the range of 0.2 to 1.9 wt % and a total Si content in the steel sheath and the flux combined in the range of 0.001 to 0.9 wt %.

摘要: A filing method and a system for filing image data operate to divide an input image having a dot number larger than a predetermined dot number of a display screen at a fundamental unit equal to the display screen size, to file the divided input images as a plurality of partial image data on an optical disk, and to retrieve the filed images at high speed. The division filing system includes an input image process device for compressing the divided partial image data, and an index generating device, such as a complexity detecting circuit, for extracting either position information of a distinguishable partial image, or address information among the divided partial images. An optical disk device stores either the position information or the address information as well as the compressed image data into an optical disk. The image retrieval process sequentially reads the compressed image data of only the distinguishable particular image from the optical disk, while referring the address information or the position information image.
