    摘要: A casing 20 of a cylinder lock device comprises two pieces of a rear casing 13 for receiving a rotor 22 and a front casing 14 for receiving a key cylinder 21 and a housing 24. The key cylinder and a rotor axially move and rotate upon insertion of a proper key 19 into the key cylinder 21 and subsequent rotation of the key 19. In assemblage of the cylinder lock device, the rotor 22 and key cylinder 21 are connected by a joint means 15 of non-circular section for their integral rotation, and the rotor 22 is connected to the housing 24 by a connecting means 16 for their integral rotation and axial movement. The front casing 14 can detachably be connected to the rear casing 13 by the coupling means 17.

    摘要: A substrate processing device of the present invention includes: a conveyor mechanism provided in a vacuum chamber for conveying a substrate thereon; a heating section provided within the vacuum chamber for heating the substrate; and a processing gas introduction section for introducing a processing gas to a processing zone within the vacuum chamber. A surface of the substrate is consecutively subjected to a predetermined process by: introducing a flow of the processing gas from the processing gas introduction section into the processing zone; conveying the substrate into and past the processing zone by means of the conveyor mechanism while heating the substrate by means of the heating section. The substrate processing device further includes an inert gas supplying section provided in the vacuum chamber for supplying an inert gas for controlling the flow of the processing gas.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus 1 that processes a surface of a substrate 9 to be processed. A processing module 3 is disposed so as to oppose the substrate 9. The processing module 3 is relatively moved with respect to the substrate 9 in a direction of movement parallel to a plane PL. A foreign matter on the surface of the substrate 9 or a raised portion of the surface is detected by the detection mechanism 10. A roller 12, preferably having a circular cylindrical configuration, of the detection mechanism 10 is disposed in the processing module 3. A rotation axis 12a of the roller 12 is parallel to the plane PL and intersects the direction of movement. The roller 12 is supported by a supporter 13 such that the roller 12 can be rotated about the rotation axis 12a. The rotation axis 12a is adapted to be displaceable in a direction intersecting the plane PL. Rotation of the roller 12 is detected by a rotation sensor 21.

    摘要: In an optical head unit, a shift of a laser beam is corrected by a parallel flat plate such that the center of an intensity distribution of the laser beam incident on an objective lens with a greatest numerical aperture among at least two objective lenses coincides substantially with the optical axis of the objective lens with the greatest numerical aperture. The parallel flat plate is disposed in an optical path of the laser beam traveling toward the lens such that a predetermined angle is defined between a surface of the parallel flat plate and the laser beam. Thereby, optical disks with different recording densities can be reproduced with high precision, without influence of the shift of the beam.
