    摘要: A modified ethylenic random copolymer derived from 100 parts by weight of a base ethylenic random copolymer composed of 25 to 75 mole % of ethylene and 75 to 25 mole % of an alpha-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and grafted thereto, (a) 0.2 to 50 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 10 carbon atoms or an anhydride or ester thereof, (b) 0.2 to 200 parts by weight of a styrene-type hydrocarbon having 8 to 12 carbon atoms, or (c) 0.2 to 300 parts by weight of an unsaturated silane compound having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, said modified ethylenic random copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.], measured in decalin at 135.degree. C., of 0.01 to 1.5 dl/g and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn), measured by gel permeation chromatography, of not more than 4.

    摘要: An oil-in-water emulsion of at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of(A) an ethylene/alpha-olefin random copolymer having(1) an ethylene content of 30 to 70 moles %,(2) a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 500 to 10,000, and(3) a weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn) ratio (Q=Mw/Mn), of 3 at most, and(4) being liquid at ordinary temperatures, and(B) a graft-modified ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer(1') comprising said ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having the characteristics (1) to (4) as a trunk polymer, and(2') at least one grafted unit selected from a unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its acid anhydride and a unit resulting from neutralization of at least a part of said unit with an alkali, and(3') being liquid or semisolid at ordinary temperatures.

    摘要: A process for separating vitamin B.sub.12 in pure form, which comprises bringing a vitamin B.sub.12 -containing liquid containing impurities into contact with a resin selected from the group consisting of (A) a divinylbenzene/styrene copolymer having a mode pore diameter of at least about 200 A and a total pore volume of more than 0.6 ml/g, and (B) a copolymer of divinylbenzene/styrene/an unsaturated alkyl ester of an aromatic polycarboxylic acid represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R represents a C.sub.3 -C.sub.10 unsaturated alkyl moiety having a carbon-carbon double bond and n is 2 or 3, said copolymer (B) having a surface area of at least about 700 m.sup.2 /g, to cause vitamin B.sub.12 to be adsorbed to said resin, and eluting the vitamin B.sub.12 with an eluent, and collecting the active eluate.

    摘要: An elastic composition curable at room temperature comprising (A) a diamine of a specified structure having a molecular weight of about 5,000 to about 25,000, (B) a diepoxy compound in an amount such that the mole ratio of the epoxy groups in the diepoxy compound to the primary amino groups in diamine (A) is from 0.5 to 5.0, and (C) a mixture of (i) a diacrylic acid ester and/or a dimethacrylic acid ester and (ii) a tri- or higher polyacrylic acid and/or a tri- or higher polymethacrylic acid ester in which 5 to 90% of the acryloyl and/or methacryloyl groups are derived from the diacrylic and/or dimethacrylic acid ester, the amount of said mixture being such that the mole ratio of the sum of the acryloyl and methacryloyl groups in the mixture to the primary amino groups in diamine (A) is from 0.1 to 2.0, and as optional ingredients, at least one of (D) an inorganic filler, (E) a monoepoxy compound, (F) a curing promotor, (G) a viscosity controlling agent, (H) an organic filler, (I) an age resister, (J) a sag inhibitor, (K) an ultraviolet absorbent, and (L) an assistant sag inhibitor. Since the composition is deformable in conformity to changes in joint during the process of curing, it is useful to provide various sealing materials of good quality.
