    摘要： The operation mode of a nailing machine can be automatically and reliably switched, for its selection, from the successive nailing mode and the one-shot nailing mode and vice versa by changing the order of operating a trigger lever and a contact arm. In the selected mode, the nailing work can be performed. By releasing both the trigger lever and the contact arm, the machine is returned to its initial mode. When the contact arm is moved to the top dead center after the trigger lever is operated, a portion of a slide die comes in contact with the underside of the trigger lever. When the trigger lever is operated after the contact arm is moved to the top dead center, the portion of the slide die comes in contact with the upper side of the trigger lever, thereby preventing a further movement of the contact arm to the bottom dead center.

    摘要： A box nailing machine includes a piston within a cylinder to drive a nail. A main selector valve introduces compressed air into the cylinder and discharges the compressed air from the cylinder. A start operation valve operates the main selector valve. A trigger device for the box nailing machine comprises: a trigger switch operated by a trigger lever; a contact switch operated by the contact arm; an electromagnetic valve serving as the start operation valve; a logical circuit for applying a drive current to the electromagnetic valve when both the trigger switch and the contact switch are turned on; and a controller which includes a timer with a predetermined time limit. The timer is started in accordance with a trigger signal of the trigger switch and prohibits the drive current from the electromagnetic valve when the timer counts the predetermined time period. The timer is reset upon release of the trigger.

    摘要： A battery pack includes a casing having an opening, an engaging member having a stopper, and a regulating member configured to regulate a movement of the engaging member. The engaging member is supported in a slidable and rotatable manner relative to the casing, and is applied with a biasing force such that the stopper projects from the opening. The regulating member includes a contact portion configured to block a rotation of the engaging member and an operating portion configured to displace the contact portion to release a blocking of the rotation of the engaging member. When the operating portion is a non-operated state, the engaging member is slidable against the biasing force to retract the stopper. When the operating portion is in an operated state, the engaging member is rotatable against the biasing force to retract the stopper.

    摘要： A hammering tool includes, within its tool main body, a piston which reciprocates by using a motor as its drive force, a hammering member which carries out its hammering operation in linking with the reciprocating motion of the piston, and an intermediate member which transmits a hammering force of the hammering member to a top end tool mounted on the top end of the tool main body. The tool main body further includes a measuring device which measures a hammering state of the hammering member and a control device which controls the number of rotations of the motor. The control device, according to measurement results of the measuring device, determines the limit number of times of hammering where the hammering member becomes unable to follow the reciprocating motion of the piston, and thus controls the number of rotations of the motor.

A clutch sleeve 25 which is coupled to the intermediate shaft 3 by way of a rotation transmitting member, and a second clutch 27 which rotates integrally with the tool holding sleeve 11 and can move in a longitudinal direction of the tool holding sleeve are arranged on an outer periphery of the tool holding sleeve 11. The second clutch 27 is provided so as to be engaged with and disengaged from the clutch sleeve 25.

    摘要： A fixing pin is attached to a winding end of a spring attached to a pusher of a nailing machine. A fixing plate with an engaging hole is engaged with the fixing pin from the outside of an opening of a magazine. The fixing pin is guided to a tapering section of the opening by moving the fixing plate in the direction of a nose section of the nailing machine to fix the fixing plate. Further, a magazine has a guide groove for guiding a T-shaped top portion formed at an upper end of the pusher and for guiding head portions of connected nails in an upper portion of a guide path of the pusher and the connected nails. A cover made of iron is attached to the inside of the guide groove. Thickness of a part of the pusher is smaller than the diameter of nail axis portions.
