    摘要: An air fuel ratio detecting device is disposed in an exhaust gas passage of an engine, and detects the oxygen concentration in exhaust gases to produce a signal indicative of the air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture supplied to the engine. The air-fuel ratio detecting device serves as a linear A/F sensor for detecting whether the air-fuel mixture is on a leaner or richer side of a stoichiometric ratio and for also detecting the value of the air-fuel ratio. An electric signal representative of the oxygen concentration in a detection chamber supplied with exhaust gases is applied by a sensor cell to a controller which then controls a pump cell to cause the oxygen concentration in the detection chamber to indicate a nearly stoichiometric ratio. The air-fuel ratio detecting device can continuously detect the air-fuel ratio with an electric control signal from the controller. The stoichiometric ratio is detected when the potential difference between the electrode of the pump cell jumps or varies discontinuously. Since the oxygen concentration difference directly serves as detected stoichiometric ratio information, the stoichiometric ratio can be detected with an increased response. The stoichiometric ratio may be detected, using a variable threshold value, based on the potential difference across the pump cell, and the threshold value is selected depending on a control parameter for fine adjustments of a target air-fuel ratio.

    摘要: A stalling preventing appartus for an engine comprising intake air amount increasing means for increasing the amount of intake air to the engine from idling condition when the vehicle is in a start preparation condition, and rotation speed increase prevention means for preventing the engine speed from increasing due to the increase in intake air amount by the intake air amount increasing means, operation of the intake air amount increasing means and the rotation speed increase prevention means being stopped when the vehicle is in a start preparation condition, whereby a sufficient amount of air is supplied to the engine at starting of the vehicle and a delay in response of the air intake system to the pressing-down operation of the acceleration pedal is eliminated to increase the output torque of the engine at clutch-on and prevent engine stalling.

    摘要: A shielded cable connection structure includes a plurality of shielded cables. Each of the shielded cables has a center conductor, a shielding conductor, and an insulative jacket. A metal grounding member has at least two rows of mutually parallel substantially comb shaped teeth. The comb shaped teeth in each of the rows have a wire receiving portion formed there between that receives at least one of the shielded cables. A holding member mates with the metal grounding member to clamp the shielded cables between the metal grounding member and the holding member. The center conductor is directly clamped by the comb shaped teeth in one of the rows, and the shielding conductor is clamped through the insulative jacket by the comb shaped teeth in the other row.

The display unit has a hollow boss projecting into the apparatus body, and the boss is engaged with the apparatus body to be rotatable around the rotation center axis of the hinge portion. An inner hole in the boss communicates with the inside of the display unit and with the inside of the apparatus body, thereby forming a communication path coaxial with the rotation center axis. In the apparatus body, there is provided a light emission element for emitting image data to be transmitted to the display unit, in form of an optical signal into the communication path.
