Abstract: A two-part curable adhesive composition includes a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a remaining polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). An equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw polyisocyanate to a hydroxyl group in a crystalline polyol compound constituting the urethane prepolymer (a1) is from 2.05 to 12. An NCO group/total active hydrogen group ratio is from 0.5 to 4. An isocyanate group/hydroxyl group ratio is from 2 to 12.

The rubber composition for tires of the present invention is a rubber composition for tires, the rubber composition containing a diene rubber (A) and a microparticle (B), a vinyl group content of the diene rubber (A) being from 5 to 35 mass %, the microparticle (B) being a mercapto group-containing organic microparticle in which a crosslinkable oligomer or polymer (b1) is crosslinked, an average particle size of the microparticle (B) being from 1 to 200 μm, and a content of the microparticle (B) being from 1 to 55 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber (A).

Abstract: The present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire, the rubber composition containing: a diene rubber; silica; and a heterocyclic compound (where, the heterocyclic compound does not have a silicon atom) having a hydrocarbon group having from 3 to 30 carbons and at least one type of heterocycle selected from the group consisting of a piperazine ring, a morpholine ring, and a thiomorpholine ring; an average glass transition temperature of the diene rubber being −50° C. or higher; a content of the silica being from 80 to 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber; and a content of the heterocyclic compound being from 0.5 to 20% by mass with respect to the content of the silica. Such rubber composition has excellent processability, exhibits excellent wet grip performance and has low rolling resistance when the rubber composition is formed into a tire.

Abstract: A rubber composition for a tire contains 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber (A) and from 1 to 60 parts by mass of an organic microparticle (B); an average particle size of the organic microparticle (B) being from 0.001 to 100 μm, the organic microparticle (B) having a complex structure composed of a compatible component that is compatible with the diene rubber (A) and an incompatible component that is not compatible with the diene rubber (A), the complex structure having an inner part in which an amount of the incompatible component is greater than an amount of compatible component, and an outer part which covers at least a part of the inner part and in which the amount of the compatible component is greater than an amount of the incompatible component. A pneumatic tire including such rubber composition has a desirable elongation, rigidity, durability, and wear resistance.

Abstract: In the present technology, a thermally expandable microcapsule complex is blended in a rubber component, the thermally expandable microcapsule complex being obtained by preparing an aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymer having a concentration of 1 to 30 mass %, adding from 5 to 60 parts by mass of cellulose fibers to 100 parts by mass of the aqueous solution to prepare a liquid dispersion (1), adding from 10 to 200 parts by mass of thermally expandable microcapsules to the liquid dispersion (1) to prepare a liquid dispersion 2), and evaporating the moisture content of the liquid dispersion (2).
