The curable acrylic modified polyesters have particular utility for use in waterborne coating compositions containing a crosslinker. Such waterborne coating compositions provide a good balance of desirable coating properties for metal packaging applications.

wherein the B agent has a viscosity value in the range of 100 dPa·s or more and 300 dPa·s or less at 25° C. at 5 rpm,
wherein the dispersity of a mixture of the A agent and the B agent is 20 μm or less on a grind gauge, and
wherein, with respect to the total amount of the A agent and the B agent, the mixing ratio of the A agent is 75 mass % or more and less than 100 mass %, and the mixing ratio of the B agent is more than 0 mass % and 25 mass % or less.

摘要： In one aspect, build materials for use with a three-dimensional (3D) printing system are described herein. In some embodiments, a build material described herein comprises an acrylate component, a photoinitiator component, a non-curable absorber component, and water. The photoinitiator component of the build material is operable to initiate curing of the acrylate component and/or other curable materials that may optionally be present when the photoinitiator is exposed to incident curing radiation having a Gaussian distribution of wavelengths and a peak wavelength λ. The build material has a penetration depth (Dp) and a critical energy (Ec) at the wavelength λ. In some embodiments, the Dp is greater than 200 μm and less than 300 μm, and the Ec is 3-12 mJ/cm2. In other embodiments, the Dp is greater than 10 μm and less than 50 μm, and the Ec is 5-40 mJ/cm2.

摘要： There is described an acrylic polyester resin, obtainable by grafting an acrylic polymer with a polyester material. The polyester material is obtainable by polymerizing (i) a polyacid component, with (ii) a polyol component. At least one of the polyacid component and/or the polyol component comprises a monomer having an aliphatic group containing at least 15 carbon atoms. At least one of the polyacid component and/or the polyol component comprises a functional monomer operable to impart functionality on to the polyester resin, such that an acrylic polymer may be grafted with the polyester material via the use of said functionality. Also provided is an aqueous coating composition comprising the acrylic polyester resin and a packaging coated with the composition.
