    摘要: A video codec system inputs consecutively frame after frame of sub-sampled video data obtained by sub-sampling video data in units of frames. The video data is coded in parallel by internal coding circuits. This averages the numbers of significant pixels in the sub-sampled video data to be processed. The coded video data is composed so as to comply with specifications of the receiving equipment. Upon transmission, the data is again sub-sampled depending on the number of coding circuits on the receiving side. Each piece of the sub-sampled data is given a header for consecutive transmission. This allows for a certain period of time between pieces of data that arrive at the receiving side, thereby eliminating time differences in receiving and coding.

    摘要: A power-and-free conveyor includes a number of pusher dog supporting members attached to a drive chain on a power line. Each pusher dog supporting member includes a pusher dog pivoted at an upper portion thereof and a stopper stopping the pusher dog in a vertical downwardly directed position, where the pusher dog can engage with the free trolley included in a carrier on a free line. The stopper has a pusher dog disengaging portion extending outward therefrom. A disengaging device is disposed on a conveyor line at a location where the carrier is to be brought to a stop. The disengaging device has a stopper raising member which projects into the path of travel of the pusher dog disengaging portion of the stopper. When the carrier reaches the location, the pusher dog disengaging portion of the stopper comes into contact with the stopper raising member which has already projected into the path and the stopper is raised, whereupon the pusher dog is released from the stopper and is disengaged from the trolley. As a result of that the carrier is brought to a stop.

    摘要: A highly efficient electromagnetic actuator which can reduce leakage of the magnetic flux is provided. The electromagnetic actuator comprises a first coil 31, a movable body 2 adapted to move on the central axis of the first coil 31, a first stator 11 covering the top face, bottom face and outer peripheral face of the first coil 31, and a permanent magnet 15 adapted to firmly latch the movable body 2 at one end point of its movable range. A second stator 12 adapted to control the magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet 15 is provided in succession with the first stator 11. By providing the second stator 12, when releasing the movable body 2 from its firmly latched state, the permanent magnet 15 is not inversely excited or demagnetized.

    摘要: A hanger for use in conveyors comprises an upper frame suspendable from a free trolley, a lower frame for loading thereon the article to be transported, and a pair of front and rear arms interconnecting the upper and lower frames and so inclined as to approach each other as the arms extend toward lower ends thereof. The arms have upper ends pivotably connected to the upper frame and have their lower ends pivotably connected to the lower frame. The front and rear arms, the portion of the upper frame between the arm upper ends and the portion of the lower frame between the arm lower ends are connected together in the form of a trapezoid which is shorter at its lower side than at its upper side when seen from one side with the upper and lower frames in a horizontal state. The article, such as a vehicle body, being transported can be plunged into or withdrawn from the bath of an electrodeposition tank in a coating line at a predetermined large angle without giving a large angle of inclination to a free rail.
