摘要: A highly efficient electromagnetic actuator which can reduce leakage of the magnetic flux is provided. The electromagnetic actuator comprises a first coil 31, a movable body 2 adapted to move on the central axis of the first coil 31, a first stator 11 covering the top face, bottom face and outer peripheral face of the first coil 31, and a permanent magnet 15 adapted to firmly latch the movable body 2 at one end point of its movable range. A second stator 12 adapted to control the magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet 15 is provided in succession with the first stator 11. By providing the second stator 12, when releasing the movable body 2 from its firmly latched state, the permanent magnet 15 is not inversely excited or demagnetized.

摘要: A needle 2 includes a plunger member 21 and a collar member 22, and is provided to be reciprocable from a latch position to a latch release position inside a stator 1. A first magnet coil 31 has sufficient electromagnetic power to put in a latch state the needle 2 which is in a latch release state on energization. A permanent magnet 4 has sufficient absorption power for absorbing a collar member 22 of the needle 2 put in the latch state by the electromagnetic power of the first magnet coil 31 and maintaining the latch state even when the first magnet coil 31 is in a non-energized state. A second magnet coil 32 can diminish magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnet 4 and change the needle 2 from the latch state to the latch release state on energization. Thus, energy efficiency is improved by varying how to energize the magnet coils according to the state of a load side.

摘要: A vehicle wiper apparatus is applied to a vehicle provided with a wiping surface including a first wiping area at a passenger's seat side and a second wiping area at a driver's seat side. A first wiper includes a first wiper blade configured to wipe the first wiping area. A second wiper includes a second wiper blade configured to wipe the second wiping area. A washer nozzle is arranged on the first wiper to supply washing liquid to the second wiping area. The washer nozzle sprays washing liquid so that the supply of washing liquid toward a front side in an advancing direction of the second wiper blade switches to a rear side in the advancing direction when the second wiper blade moves from the first reversing position to the second reversing position during the wiping operation of the first and second wipers.

摘要: A wiper device including a wiper arm, a wiper blade, and a washer nozzle. The wiper blade moves in a first direction and a second direction. The wiper arm is arranged at a position in the second direction with respect to the wiper blade when the wiper blade is at the home position. The washer nozzle is fixed to a position located toward a basal side from the wiper blade on a main arm or a sub-arm that is closer to the wiper blade. The washer fluid is ejected toward the distal portion of the wiper blade at a position in the first direction with respect to the wiper blade when the wiper blade is arranged at the home position. The falling point of the washer fluid is set at a position located toward the basal side of the wiper blade from a central part of the wiper blade.

摘要: [Problem] When a core is configured by injection-molding a mixture including a soft magnetic powder and a thermoplastic resin and a reactor is manufactured by integrating a coil in a state where the coil is embedded in the inner portion of core, positional misalignment or deformation of coil at the time of molding the core can be effectively prevented, and the core can be favorably molded using an injection molding method.[Solution Means] A reactor 15 is manufactured through a step A of encasing a coil 10 configured by winding a wire in a state where an insulating layer is interposed between the wires with an electrically insulating resin to mold an encased coil body 24, and a step of molding a core 16 by injection-molding a mixture including a soft magnetic powder and a thermoplastic resin in a state where the encased coil body 24 is enclosed. In addition, the injection molding of the core 16 is performed so as to be divided into a step in which a primary molded body 16-1 having a container shape alone is molded and a step in which a secondary molded body 16-2 is molded in a state where the encased coil body 24 is set along with the primary molded body 16-1.
