摘要: An image processing apparatus communicates with a web server. The apparatus includes an operation unit having a predetermined key for starting a scanning process and a display unit. A scanning unit executes scanning of an original document in response to detection of depression of the predetermined key. A display control unit controls the display unit to display a web page containing a scan inputting a scan setting. A transmitting unit transmits scan setting information, based on detection of depression of the predetermined key or the transmitting item while the web page is displayed. A reception unit receives an instruction from the web server, the instruction instructing an execution of the scanning process of an original document and being based on the scan setting information transmitted by the transmitting unit. The scanning unit executes the scanning process in accordance with the instruction received by the reception unit.

摘要: A belt molding for an automotive door panel includes a molding body made of a hard resin and having an outer wall and an inner wall; a design tape fusion-bonded to an outer surface of the outer wall; and a lip made of a soft resin and standing from the vicinity of an edge portion of the outer wall. The outer surface of the outer wall to which the design tape is fusion-bonded is convexly curved in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. An edge portion of the design tape is covered with a root portion of the lip. A largest curvature portion of the outer wall is located immediately under a covered portion of the design tape.

摘要: The present invention provides a nucleus pulposus filler or the like which is to be packed into an area in deformed intervertebral disc wherein normal nucleus should be located and can be stabley maintained for a long time More preferably, the present invention provides a nucleus pulposus filler comprising a crosslinked chondroitin sulfate as an active ingredient. The photocrosslinked chondroitin sulfate is preferably the following one: a photocrosslinked chondroitin sulfate obtainable by freezing a photoreactive chondroitin sulfate-containing solution comprising: a photoreactive chondroitin sulfate to which a photoreactive group is bound; an aqueous solvent capable of dissolving the photoreactive chondroitin sulfate; and any one substance selected from the group consisting of an alcohol having aqueous solvent miscibility, a surfactant, and a cheleting agent; irradiating the resulting frozen product with light; and then melting the frozen product. The filler can be provided as a kit by packing it into a container from which the filler can be pushed out.

摘要: Disclosed is a technique which aims to suitably limit access to stored information from an external apparatus which is not permitted to access the information. An information processing apparatus such as an MFP authenticates a portable information terminal, and stores information input within a predetermined period after the authentication in association with the portable information terminal. When accepting a request for processing the stored information from a portable information apparatus after the predetermined period, the information processing apparatus identifies whether the portable information terminal having transmitted the request is the device associated with the information of interest. If the portable information terminal is identified as the device associated with the stored information, the information processing apparatus executes the processing of the information in accordance with the request.

摘要: When information on addition and change of data which is stored in an apparatus and dynamically changes is set as a monitoring target, the information is accumulated in a syndication by an application management interface. Periodically or in response to a request, an update information generation unit reproduces an entry in the syndication as an RSS feed, i.e., XML data complying with the RSS feed standard in accordance with a template, and saves the XML data in an update information storage unit. A computer executes an RSS reader to acquire and display the RSS feed in the update information storage unit.

摘要: A contact for an electrical test comprises a first area to be bonded to a board, a second area extending in the right-left direction from the lower end portion of the first area, a third area projecting downward from the tip end portion of the second area, and a low light reflective film having lower light reflectance than that of the first area. The third area has a probe tip to be contacted an electrode of an electronic device. The low light reflective film is formed on a surface of at least the bonding part of the first area to the board and its proximity.
