摘要: A patterning process is provided wherein a material to be etched is coated with a ladder type organosiloxane resin, the coated resin is irradiated with energy rays according to a desired pattern, the irradiated resin is subjected to a development treatment, and then, the material is etched by using the resin left after the development as a mask. The ladder type organosiloxane resin used is represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein each R.sub.1 is independently selected from alkyl (Cl-6) groups, and phenyl and halophenyl groups, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkoxy (Cl-3) groups, a hydroxyl group and alkyl (Cl-3) groups, and n is a number giving a Mw of about 1,000 to about 1,000,000. The patterning process can be advantageously employed for the production of electronic devices.

摘要: An inertial sensor comprising a sensing portion having a weight hung by beams extending from a frame, the weight being a movable portion. The beams include distortion portions partially arranged therein, and the distortion portions are arranged to avoid edges on which stresses applied to the beams are concentrated. Roots of the beams are not formed at right angle in connecting to the weights or the frame. The roots of the beams have wider angles. It is thus possible to dissipate areas on which stresses are concentrated and improve the impact resistance without sacrificing the sensor sensitivity. Both high sensor sensitivity and the impact resistance are obtainable in accordance with the present invention.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an endless belt-shaped photosensitive member laid across a drive roller and a plurality of guide rollers and caused to undergo endless traveling, wherein there is used a solidified developer which is solid at an ordinary temperature but is brought into a molten state by implementing a heating processing thereto, and is re-solidified by implementing a cooling treatment thereto. An image preparation process section is disposed at the outer circumferential portion of the drive roller of large diameter, and a recording sheet contact roller and a recording sheet peeling roller which constitute guide rollers are disposed at an upper part of the drive roller so as to mutually constitute the same plane to travel the endless belt-shaped photosensitive member in a horizontal direction. A recording sheet is delivered from a recording sheet supply section and is caused to come into pressure contact with the surface of the endless belt-shaped photosensitive member traveling in the horizontal direction by the recording sheet's own rigidity. When the recording sheet is caused to undergo transfer of a developer image formed on the surface of the endless belt-shaped photosensitive member and is cooled by suitable element means, it is naturally peeled from the endless belt-shaped photosensitive member at a recording sheet peeling roller portion. Thus, a high accuracy transfer image free from image collapse or image flow, etc. can be obtained, and a compact structure and improvement in workability of maintenance, etc. can be realized.

摘要: A method of forming an electric signal wherein the signal level corresponding to the selected color in the original indicates the maximum or minimum value. The original is exposed to the light and the reflected light is introduced into a photoelectric converting means through two different paths, each of which has a filter corresponding to a different selected color. These two signals are multiplied by a predetermined ratio, and are combined to obtain the final image signal.

摘要: An electrostatic reproducing apparatus comprising a charged particle modulating electrode unit, wherein the common electrode and the control electrode are divided into a plurality of the groups, respectively, in the direction in which the particle passing apertures are arranged. Each of thus divided common electrode groups is disposed in a staggered manner with respect to the corresponding control electrode groups, and the same electric potential is applied to two adjacent common electrode groups opposed to that control electrode group through which a charged particle is to be modulated. The control electrode groups are disposed in such a manner that a boundary between two adjacent common electrode groups is aligned with the center line of the opposed control electrode group. At least one of the surfaces of said charged particle modulating electrode unit is provided with a solid state scanning system of wiring formed integrally therewith.
