    摘要: A catheter retaining tool comprises a piercing tool, a guide wire and an operation device. The piercing tool includes a Y-hub, an outer needle, an indwelling needle and a syringe. The Y-hub includes a main port, an obliquely connected side port, and a hemostatic valve for keeping the side port liquid-tight. The guide wire is inserted by the operation device from the side port through the hemostatic valve into the outer needle. The operation device includes a turning portion made rotatable relative to the side port and having a hollow portion, an extending portion connected to the turning portion, and a slide portion for pushing out the guide wire along the extending portion. The turning portion includes a first rolling spindle and a second tilting spindle.

    摘要: A method for coding a video signal made up of a plurality of sequential video frames. First, correspondence information relating color frame information values to types of video coding is provided, the color frame information values and types of coding being related on a one to one basis such that for each value of color frame information there is only one corresponding type of coding. Next, a value of color frame information is determined for each video frame and the type of coding to be used on the frame is selected by associating the frame's color frame information with a coding type via the correspondence information. Finally, the image frames are coded according to the coding types selected by referencing the correspondence information.

    摘要: The present invention provides an intravascular catheter comprising a catheter part; an internal needle disposed through the catheter part; and a flexible resin member disposed on the outer surface of the catheter part.     摘要: A control circuit for controlling an output phase of a video signal is comprised of a variable type phase shifting circuit for phase-shifting the video signal by a designated phase shifting amount and a fixed type phase shifting circuit for phase-shifting the video signal by a constant phase shifting amount. A signal switch selects video signals from the designated and fixed type phase shifting circuits. The video signal from the fixed type phase shifting circuit is selected only during a predetermined period including at least ancillary data while the video signal from the variable type phase shifting circuit is utilized during other period. Thus, the ancillary data is constantly extracted from the video signal which is phase-shifted by the constant phase-shifting amount so that the inserting position of the ancillary data is not changed, regardless of the output phase amount. Thereby the ancillary data is extracted reliably. In other words, even when the output phase amount is varied, the position of the ancillary data inserted into the video signal can be prevented from being changed.
