摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition which is capable of producing a prepreg and a resin film in which surface defects are remarkably reduced even in case of drying at high temperature to remove the solvent in the production process. Disclosed Are a liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition comprising a liquid crystal polyester, an organic solvent, and one or more kinds of selected leveling agents, wherein the content of the leveling agent is from 0.001 to 2.0 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the liquid crystal polyester and the organic solvent; and a method for producing a resin film, which comprises applying the above-described liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition on a support, and then removing the solvent from the liquid crystal polyester-containing liquid composition on the support at 50° C. or higher.

摘要: A method for producing a laminated base material includes applying a liquid composition containing a solvent and a liquid crystal polyester to a substrate; and forming a covering material by removing the solvent. The substrate includes a conductor forming a circuit pattern on an insulating layer. The liquid composition covers the conductor. The polyester includes 30-50 mol % of (1), 25-35 mol % of (2), and 25-35 mol % of (3): -0-Ar1-00- (1) —CO—Ar2-00- (2) —X—Ar3—Y— (3) wherein Ar1 is a phenylene or naphthylene group, Ar2 is a phenylene or naphthylene group, or (4), Ar3 is a phenylene group or (4), and X and Y each independently represent 0 or NH; and hydrogen atoms in Ar1, Ar2, or Ar3 are each substitutable with a halogen atom, or an alkyl or aryl group; —Ar11—Z—Ar12— (4) wherein Ar11 and Ar12 each independently represent a phenylene or naphthylene group and Z represents 0, CO, or SO2.

摘要: A method is provided for producing a metal foil laminate having a good appearance. In a suitable embodiment a first stack with a resin-impregnated base material sequentially sandwiched between a pair of copper foils and between a pair of spacer copper foils is prepared. Then, a second stack with the first stack sequentially sandwiched between a pair of SUS sheets and between a pair of aramid cushions is prepared. Thereafter, this second stack is hot pressed by a pair of heating plates in the laminating direction thereof to produce a metal foil laminate with a pair of copper foils attached onto both sides of the resin-impregnated base material.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a method for producing a metal foil laminate that can yield a metal foil laminate with a satisfactory outer appearance, while also improving the flatness of the metal foil laminate. As a preferred mode of the method, the method for producing a metal foil laminate comprising metal foils on both sides of an insulating base material, comprises a second stack-preparing step in which a second stack is prepared having a laminar structure wherein a first stack comprising an insulating base material sandwiched between a pair of first metal foils, a pair of first spacers, a pair of second spacers and a pair of first cushion materials in that order, is sandwiched between a pair of metal sheets and a pair of second cushion materials, in that order, and a second stack-hot pressing step in which the second stack is hot pressed with a pair of heating plates in the direction of lamination.
